Summer Chilli - 16-16.1hh homebred Bay Mare by a full Brother to 5 star winner Chilli Knight and out of a 3 star event mare by Clover Brigade. Bred absolutely in the purple for Eventing.

She has it all for a professional and junior/young rider but is also super genuine and straightforward enough for an amateur. She has an incredible work ethic and she moves well in all 3 paces. Super scopey and careful jump and will take a miss/mistake from her jockey! She’s super brave XC and loves it!

She has been solely produced by my second rider, who is a very petite girl. I have been so busy this year, so I gave her the project of producing and competing her and she has taken her off completely by herself to training and to shows/Events

Recent 5 stage vetting with clean X-rays!!
Heidi has been in the same home for the last 5 years and produced by a teenager. She has had a successful first season eventing this year starting in July after rider finished university, doing a couple of 90s then stepping up to 100 with ease and plenty of scope to step up again next year. Moreover, she has had only wins doing unaffiliated dressage including BD Novice level. Heidi loves her jumping, always looking for her flags and is not phased by fillers, ditches or water. She is well established on the flat with 3 lovely paces and is schooling nicely at BE Novice level. She is half sister to numerous 4* event horses and successful show jumpers.

Heidi is low mileage as she has only started eventing this year due to Covid and having a foal whilst her rider was at university. She has been very easy to produce and incredibly well mannered at not only competitions but pony club rallies too. She is very easy to do in every way on the yard, she hacks alone and in company and has no vices. She loads and travels easily, exceptional to clip even putting up with fireworks going off in the background. Stands beautifully for the farrier and has a genuine lovely happy personality. Heidi would suit a capable ambitious rider wanting a competitive horse.

  •  Willing to learn and have confidence to take responsibility of the yard when away at competitions.

Top class horse for a Young rider looking to be competitive in U18/U21 classes and beyond or an amateur/young professional looking to progress up the levels.

Experienced mare who has evented up to Intermediate levels with wins and placings at Novice and 2*.

She is smart and consistent on the flat always scoring well and a very scopey and careful jumper.

Bold XC, good with ditches, water, drops, skinnies etc but very safe.

She would be good enough to seriously compete on the BS circuit for someone who is also looking to be competitive jumping.

Viv is NOT a chesnut mare. She very easy to have around, does everything with geldings with no fuss.

9yo Irish sport horse gelding with excellent BE Novice form, including a recent 2nd at Sapey novice, and 13th Bicton CCI2*S. Has also jumped clears up to BS Foxhunter (1.20m).

"Barry" started late and has been slowly produced. Super brave at a fence, and very straight XC. Ridden in a simple snaffle in all 3 phases.

He is a very uncomplicated horse to do and easy to clip, shoe, hack, and travel.

In other words, horses with brilliance in their DNA, in their show records and in their potential.

 
Shane Breen, William Funnell and Roger McCrea have carefully hand-picked the entries for this years’ collection. As well as drawing from those in our own stables, we have personally invited other trusted breeders, producers and owners from the UK and Ireland to put forward their stars for consideration.

Recently 6th Cornbury 3S.

He will do fast double clears at 3 star all day long with his eyes closed. Amazing jumper, beautiful paces, placed 4L, will give anyone confidence over bigger tracks and is such fun to ride.

Not strong, point and shoot, and loves his job. Very adjustable and hard to miss on. He has such a good shape to his jump he puts you in the right position and makes you look good. (And takes great photos... !)

Stepping down from top level but has many years left at 3star. 13yrs, fit, very sound and ready to go. All videos from this year.

Home very important for this much loved fellow.

Would love to keep riding him as he puts such a grin on my face, but I think he would be the most amazing schoolmaster and potential medalist which is probably more fun for him.
