Homebred gelding who we bred for ourselves on our small stud but family circumstances mean we are parting with our handful of mares and youngsters.

Finlay is out of the lovely stallion Zambesi out of our proven mare Marfurlong Classic.

Exceptional confirmation and temperament.

Finlay was broken at the end of last year then turned away. He is now ready to be brought back into work.

Finlay has a great brain and is very clever. Showing huge potential over a fence only being jumped once when he had finished being broken in.

Finley is used to traffic, farm machinery and travels in any vehicle.

Finlay was shown in hand as a two year old and is very well handled.

Great with other horses. He is good with the dentist, farrier, to catch, load and generally a lovely man inside and out.

Bella had X-rays in October 2023 which were clear and are available to view. X-rays can be done at buyers expense if required and open to vetting and has a clear vet history.

She is currently on my family farm so is now well used to traffic and machinery, cows, sheep etc.

Time restraints with my masters degree have made finding time to put Bella into work very difficult and as she is extremely talented I would hate for her to go to waste.

She would benefit from a knowledgable home that would be looking to produce her for a successful competition career. She is a compact but powerful horse and I can see her excelling in any direction but has been bred with a career in jumping in mind.

She is great to wash, catch, farrier, load etc and has no stable vices. I haven’t clipped her but I cannot see her having any issues.
