Very pretty gelding with a good step and jump.

Currently driving in long reins but just have too many horses in at the minute to progress any further with him so need to cut down, hence why he hasn’t been backed yet. 

Was very good with the farrier getting shod and was very good getting a little trace clip.

Still can be a bit nervous on the ground but nothing more work won’t solve. 

Should have the potential to make a good little event horse in the future.

Woody 15.3hh/ 16hh, 8 year old gelding who is fit and ready to go!

Woody 8 year old ottb gelding, completely retrained and has been off the track for nearly 4 years.

Woody is a lovely boy to have around on the yard, a good mover as well as a good looker!! He schools correctly showing three nice paces, side-passes, holds an outline etc and pops a jump sensibly and safely. He is also good to catch, clip and shoe.

He currently lives out and comes in during bad weather/ night time and is more than happy to be stabled.

Woody is a big horse and will try his luck however but once told he knows his place.

His only quirk is he has been known to become attached and buddy sour toward mares, so ideally I would like him to go to a home without mares and be out with geldings.

He is an absolute dope on a rope and at his previous home was a children's pony! And would be ridden by children bareback in a headcollar and even taught a small girl how to ride.

Reason for sale is that he's just not happy at my current yard due to the amount of mares that surround him and it making him a stress head.

Up to date on wormer, farrier, dentist, tetanus and flu etc.

Lovely gentle young Irish gelding. He is super sweet and kind. Cal is a real pet and has an exceptionally gentle nature.

Cal is professionally educated and is riding quietly. While still learning, he is steady and safe and is doing the basics well. Schooled over poles and x country fences and has hacked out alone and in company.

He is healthy, sound and has no injuries, issues or vices.

Cal is a lovely simple allrounder type and will make a great friend to his next owner.

Can be a spooky in new places so ideally not for a beginner yet.

After 8 years in the same home, we are looking for the right person to take on our much-loved 12-year-old gelding. He originally raced on the flat before retiring as a 4-year-old and is best suited to an experienced home where he can enjoy regular hacking and low level schooling. Boy loves his work and needs someone who has the experience and time to enjoy him.

In the school, which he enjoys, he works very nicely in walk, trot and canter (although sometimes struggles with right lead first time) with some basic lateral work, and would be very capable of doing a low level ROR dressage test. His real joy is hacking by himself or in company he really doesn't mind which. He's good in traffic, and loves riding in the New Forest, popping the odd log and handles streams etc well. He can be forward-going, so he needs an experienced, confident and patient rider. He is at his best when ridden 3/4 times a week (or more) and in a routine.

He is very affectionate with exceptional manners in the stable, has no vices, and is good to load and clip, as well as for the farrier and dentist. Very occasionally he can spin and be a bit silly leading in and out, so he requires an experienced owner, in an ideal world someone who know thoroughbreds.

He can live in or out with appropriate shelter and regular rug changes. We're looking for a committed, experienced home that will maintain his routine and regular exercise to keep him occupied, he loves having a job.

Comes with tack and a full set of rugs.

Genuine reason for sale due to aging owners (a former jockey now needing a knee replacement). Videos and photos available on request. Please only inquire if you can give him a committed, loving and stable home (not with a view to selling on).

Poppy is a very sweet horse and has great potential to succeed in the show ring/ dressage/hacking /;potential endurance.

She hacks out in company, in lead or will follow, good with traffic. She will hack on her own, although takes confidence from rider at times.

She is good to load, good with farrier, vets, dentist. Teeth checked regularly and no problems.

Shes has good feet and is kept unshod, and wears hoof boots on rd hacks.

She does crib for short periods in stable only at feed time but doesn't effect her at all.
