Beautifully put together approx 16hh, 5yo, ROR mare - meet ‘Ocean’

Well related bloodlines - Sire : ‘Frontiersman’
Dam : ‘Ocean Transit’

No lumps / bumps / blemishes or vices

Has ran over hurdles and on the flat a small handful of times although I just express, she is no racehorse , I don’t think that’s the game for her!

Ocean is a kind and easy mare to have on the yard. Handled by teenagers daily , easy to turn out, catch, loads and travels well, good for farrier etc. up to date with worming, farrier, and vaccinations. A mannerly little mare who loves to be loved and would be a lovely asset to a loving family.

Ocean works well in all three paces in the school. A straight and expressive step with potential to be quite special on the flat with further production. Pops a small fence and again would have potential worth producing if new owner desires.

Ocean loves to hack out! She’d go all day long alone or in company. She’s solid and relative in traffic and polite in open spaces. Is a forward going ride and likes to get out and in with the job in hand however is always ridden in a snaffle and is a safe a sane mare.

Low mileage , a bit of a blank canvas for someone to put their own stamp on. Ideal happy hacker / riding club or ROR prospect. Ideal all rounder for someone to love and enjoy

A super warmblood mare with a great cv…. Meet ‘Courtney’
Registered name ; ‘Cortynan Girl’

Beautiful 16.1hh, 2010
No lumps , bumps , nor blemishes
Needs patience to be clipped
Excellent in all other ways
Prefers a lorry to a trailer but does load and travel on our 510

Kind and of sweet nature in the stable. A mare who likes to be around you and loves to be fussed. She is not at all marish

On her CV is mainly BS - she has jumped to 1m15 under the same rider her whole career
She’s spent the last two years with a teenage girl who bought her with great intentions but very sadly has lost interest hence she was sold to myself. During her time with the teen she has much enjoyed getting out unaffiliated show jumping and been successful with some BRC level dressage. She’s also much enjoyed plenty of hacking

Courtney is beautiful on the flat. Very push button and a real mover. She thrives on pleasing you and really enjoys her work. She snaffle mouthed and responsive off the leg. She has auto changed installed and has been well produced. Three very comfortable and attractive paces with a straightforward way about her. Stands well at the mountain block

She’s bold , honest, and very forgiving when it comes to jumping. She’s got a scopey and powerful jump and will always jump you out of trouble should you miss. She’d happily take someone through the level from the start again. Would be too switched on and powerful for any novices.

Loves to hack!! Not dead behind the eyes but equally very genuine and sane. She’d go for hours on end. Sweet in open spaces and always in a snaffle. Happily goes alone or in company.

She’d be ideal now as a top level allrounder / PC/RC or to take someone around the ring and teach them the BS / BD ropes

A mare that is pure class with a huge heart who thoroughly enjoys being worked

I’ve had Courtney a little while now and took her off the market and decided to try her for myself to keep alongside my jumping gelding. However I just don’t think we are overly compatible, I am definitely a bay gelding girl and not a chestnut mare person. Courtney does have this little streak in her where she will try her luck with you. More so when coming back into work. This is something she’s always been known to do and isn’t known to have done this with anyone else hence I think we’re just aren’t the right match. she may or may not do this in a new home so she needs a competitive / competent person who’s equally as switched on. Happy to discuss either interested parties.

For this reason she’s a bargain at a fraction of the price she should be worth
