Enzo is a rising 5, ISH x Connemara out of Tullabeg Fusion. Currently standing at 15.3hh

His Sire has produced some lovely eventers that have competed all the way up to 5* and this lad has a wonderful future ahead of him

Enzo was backed in June 2024 and since then has been produced slowly and carefully. He is great to hack with friends and is non spooky, has seen farm machinery etc. He has also hacked alone although sometimes needs a little more reassurance

He has been to flatwork clinics and lessons and is starting to work in a contact. He is balanced in all 3 paces. He would do very well at dressage in the future. He is responsive to aids without being whizzy.

Enzo enjoys jumping, he is scopey and brave. He has been to arena hires, lessons and now a few unaffiliated competitions where he has been placed. Enzo is well behaved in a competition environment.Although, If he travels with another horse, he will call to his friend, this is something I’m sure he will grow out of. He has also been to a hunter trial and proved brave over solid fences.

He is good to shoe, clip, load and travel (we have a trailer) and is up to date with vaccinations

Enzo is sadly for sale due to having two youngsters at home and not having the time for both for the upcoming season.

Will only be sold to an experienced home due to his age.

Merlin is an ideal competition horse for a keen teenager or small adult who has the potential to turn his hoof to anything. He is a lovely, kind horse who is very easy to do.

We have successfully competed him in local showing and dressage where he has been an absolute pleasure to take out and gaining top results. He has previously been hunting, working equitation, TRT, stay away camps and some jumping where he has proved to turn his hoof to anything.

He is a forward thinking ride so not suitable for complete novices. He is easy to handle and mannerly in and out of the stable.

Very easy to take out to a show, will stand happily on the lorry. Good to clip, shoe, travel, load, dentist etc.

The safest and soundest eventing pony that dreams are made of. I have owned Turpin since the day he was born and he is the most mannerly, sweetest and pleasant pony to deal with on a day to day basis. He is the only foal out of 2* eventing pony Newgrove Lass and has shown every bit of promise to be as good as if not better than her! Turpin has never had a days lameness and is such a tough, sound pony, he only actually wears shoes for the studs! He is 100% to hack alone or in company, clip, shoe and any of the day to day bits, he really is just an innately lovely little man.

Dressage
Turpin is established at BE100 level and although this would be considered his weakest phase, he is still able to achieve good results. He needs a rider with good feel and mature understanding. He has the canter of a rocking horse and all his work is correct.

Showjumping
Turpin has a very consistent record up to 1 metre with 3 separate young riders, his records on SJI, Eventing Ireland and British Eventing speak for themselves. He has plenty of ability for 1.10 and is on track to step up for next season. His recent rounds at Oasby and Speetley have shown he is able to jump out of bottomless ground and also be one of the best performers of the day.

Cross Country
Turpin is a very mannerly cross country pony, jumping both phases in a simple snaffle. He will suit someone who is able to kick on and loves the rush. He is able to show a lesser experienced rider round 80 & 90 with no bother whilst they learn the ropes of the sport. He never becomes overwhelmed by technicalities and is already confidently schooling at BE Novice level. Once again, ground is no factor to Turpin and will jump as well on good ground as he does a bog.

Hunting
Turpin is the hunting pony of dreams. There is no country he cannot cross and no ground he can’t cover. He has hunted with Rockwood Harriers, Readyfield Bloodhounds, East Antrim Harriers, East Clare Harriers and North Tipperary Foxhounds. He has also completed the Ballycommon ride twice with 2 separate riders.

Extra Features
Turpin has been a vital member of the East Antrim pony club teams in 2023/2024 being in a winning PC90 eventing team and also a winning PC100 show jumping team.
Also, to add to Turpin’s versatility, Turpin is also broken to drive! He doesn’t even wear blinkers, he’s a very happy pony trotting down the lanes taking in the sights!

Oatley is excellent to catch, good for farrier and load/travel in all vehicles - sometimes has a think about it but has never not gone in.

He is currently barefoot with good feet, snaffle mouthed and up to date with everything. Lives in or out.

Clean legs, no vices and open to vetting.

Loves hacking alone/in company and has done lessons/clinics and a local show, winning his class and where he behaved impeccably.

Has seen coloured poles and done a xc hire, which he loved. We are looking for a home where he will continue his education and have no doubt he will become a fantastic all rounder/competition type.

He is still young and green and can pick up on nervousness so wouldn’t be suitable for a novice.

He is being reluctantly sold from a lovely professional training yard - only due to owners house move/renovations and genuine lack of time to continue bringing on a young horse.

Very sad sale of this lovely competition pony due to my daughter being out of age for pony classes.

We bought Smokey as an unbroken 3 yr old from Ireland and he has progressed up the levels with my daughter, he has attended many pony club camps, competed on teams up to 100cm eventing and show jumping. He has lovely flat work regularly scoring low 20's. He has done many arena eventing competition and won at 100cm.

He has a careful jump and is an awesome hunting pony but very forward going out hunting , Jumps everything and anything he is headed at.

He has many wins BS up to 110cm

He is a forward going fun hack, I ride and lead off him regularly, he has been ridden in traffic, hacks alone happily.

He is good to shoe, clip and a lovely person in the stable. He has travelled mainly in a lorry but recently he has also travelled in a trailer.

He will happily step right back down in height but although genuine he is not a novice ride.

This truly is a very sad sale, I would consider leasing him as I do have younger children who are not big enough for him yet

Murphy is an attractive, 15hh, 8 year old, part-bred Connemara gelding. He is a quiet horse on the ground, moves straight with lovely paces on the flat. Murphy is a kick on type who enjoys hacking and the quiet pace of life. He is happy to ride out alone or in a small group with other horses. He is very sensible in busy traffic on the main road through our village and is not fazed by tractors or other heavy machinery. He is also ridden on the all weather gallops with other horses and will keep up with the bigger eventers and Ex-racers so also has a quick turn of hoof! He is safe in open spaces such as when on Beach rides or across open fields.

He has competed in riding club activities, including day camp; flat, pole and jumping lessons. He produces a lovely dressage test and has won Intro’s and Prelims, often receiving comments about his lovely paces. He has also won unaffiliated show jumping at 70 and 80cm and is comfortable at this height. Murphy has been cross country schooling and not fazed by any obstacle; jumps everything including steps and water complexes, never said no. He is also ridden by teenagers and used as a Mother/daughter share.

He is clean limbed, no lumps or bumps. Stabled at night; shod in front, bare foot behind; good to clip. Has hunted with previous owner. Up to date with vaccinations; recently wormed, dentist and physio (maintenance only Oct).

Where do I start with Hugo. He’s a real BFG, the sweetest funniest character, a real people person who likes to ‘help’ when you tack up/muck out/groom and likes to put everything he isn’t allowed in his mouth when you aren’t looking!

Hugo has been very carefully started to date and is happy and confident in his work.

He has lovely paces, a big ground covering canter and a naturally uphill way of going. Lovely soft mouth, nice off the leg, very willing and soaks everything up like a sponge. He has real presence and is up for the job.

He’s been to arena hires, Xc schooled, done a couple of days hunting and hacks alone or in company. Good In traffic and not a spooky sort.

Starting to string some fences together, he has a huge amount of scope and he’s very brave. Sorts his own feet out and finds a 5th leg when needed.

Really lovely to have around, good to catch/was off/load. Happy in the field or stabled.

Suit many riders and would go on to do any job you wanted!

I bought Mr B unseen for my daughter who was having a confidence crisis as have sharp racing ponies and I needed a reliable pony that would help her out and give her a break for a bit! Anyway the owners assured me he’d be her best friend and that really did happen over the summer he restored her confidence and faith in ponies!

Mr B was owned by a family from the age of 4 where he was imported from Ireland, he was used by the whole family and then went to two loan homes. Mr B really has been there and done it all and got the t shirt!

He’s spent the summer being a family pony for us, hacking on busy roads, through the woods, weekly lessons/rallies/camp/Riding bare back and just having fun on! He’s happy to be dressed up and painted on!
He’s jumped around many showjumping courses no problem with fillers, competivly at 70 but would school bigger at home

Finished second at pontispool huntertrial in October.

The only time he’s got “giddy” and he bucked was when a large group went galloping right past the ride at camp and my daughter had no reins or stirrups!
When cantering in large groups we put him up front- he’s just not very fast but I think he’s mind sometimes thinks he’s a sports car in a tractor body!
