We are thrilled to offer for sale our delightful 4-year-old purebred Connemara pony, Boris – a bay gelding currently standing at 14.1hh. Boris is a sweet, kind, and incredibly versatile pony who is ready to take on a variety of disciplines and make his new owner’s equestrian dreams come true. Genuine second pony with lots of character and lots of love to give his next little person, he has hacked alone and in company, attended pony club activities such as endurance rides and arena event training, he has been to show jumping competitions and always comes home with a rosette and he has attended various different shows and qualified for STARS two years running and he has potential to go further in what ever discipline required.

He will stand in the show ring all day long, he loves jumping but does need a confident rider to give him confidence but once this partnership is established there will be no stopping them !!!

He stands for the farrier, loads well and travels very well, he is excellent to handle on the yard and in the stable, he has never bitten or kicked, he can sometimes be a bit cheeky to catch but never nasty.

He is a second pony as he can be quite forward and does need riding but everything you would want from a second pony, that is why we bought him but sadly my daughter has outgrown him.

He would however walk on lead rein if desired.

He is always in the ribbons and a 10 star home is a must as he is extremely loved and we would love to stay in touch to follow his progress.

He is still young at 6 years old so will excel even further in the right home.

Scooby is a much loved family pony been in the same home last 5 years been there and done it type. Taken 3 year old petite child from LR to first ridden.

Taking part in too many to mention , shows, clinics, pony club camps etc..

Super children’s pony with the necessary tolerance to bring a child off the LR. Scooby has the holy grail of canter transitions and works perfectly both independently and on the lunge line. Scoobys favourite thing is to hack. Ears pricked, forward and bold he is a delight to ride and lead from, keeping up with the bigger horses, never spooky or silly he is a real joy and will canter alongside your mount to the joy of small children.

Scooby likes to get on with the job, he is not a dope on a rope he skips along with lovely show pony pointy toes. And as such will not suit a nervous novice.

Forward and responsive for the most part Scooby is also a clever little pony and will try to get away with minimum work in the arena with a child who is not confident enough to push him forward. Never seen to buck rear or bolt we consider him the ideal smart First ridden pony for a confident child. Scooby is a real cutie with a huge personality.

Scooby deserves another 10* family home where he will continue to be loved and cherished and do what he does best ...enjoy the work. Clean limbed and straight. Scooby is quality enough for the big ring although this is not an area pursued in his current home. He will skip around a course of 40cms fences and is not fazed by the mounted games equipment, loves xc. Good out hacking and in traffic. Barefoot and snaffle mouthed.

Frankie is an absolutely wonderful and honest all-rounder. He was originally a riding school pony, but since we have had him. He has really come on nicely.

He's tried his hand at everything: showing, dressage, showjumping and cross-country.

Frankie has qualified for STARS champion of champions 2024 and won the overall Show Hunter Pony 2024 class at Longton Riding Club in his first season!

Frankie has good stable manners, stands to be brushed, tacked up etc and has a wonderful, sensible temperament. He is a big teddy bear.

When riding, Frankie is quiet and well-mannered.

He hacks out quietly in company and alone and is a curious, nosy sort of boy, will make a lovely adventuring companion for his next rider.

He is now looking for a quieter life due to slowing down a bit with age. Hence reflected in the price.

He is not a total beginner ride.

9yr old 14hh bay roan Connemara mare.

Elsie is the ultimate dream pony. She is very easy to deal with in all ways and the most non marish mare we have ever dealt with- handled daily by a 75yr old lady and solely ridden by children here.

She has plenty of limb, substance as well as a beautiful front and 3 lovely paces. 

She has done absolutely everything from Hunting, to hunter trials, to dressage, to showing- however although she has jumped upto 90cm- jumping just is not her thing so we are not selling her as a jumping pony although she loves to hunt. 

Elsie would make a fantastic BYRDS or alternatively we do feel she would make a serious HOYS level 14hh SHP in the right capable hands to polish up her schooling. 

She is completely snaffle mouthed and has hacked out in traffic and open spaces with small children walk trot canter no problem- this is probably her favourite thing to do. 

Absolutely no lumps bumps or vices known. Someone would be very lucky to have her. The only reason for us parting with her is because we brought her to do 14hh WHP and unfortunately she will not go this job.

Green passport (Welsh A) Pony has lovely correct movement sure to make a top pony in whatever class you put him in Nice stamp & has a fab little jump on him.

We have taken tommy to some local clinics and he has been amazing, he has been ridden by numerous ridershe prefers a younger litter jockey he had been getting worked by a 10yesr old.

Tommy definitely prefers to be handled by children over adults, when he trusts you this pony will let you do anythinghe is a little nervous to get on but once you are on he is completely relaxed and calm. He can be nervous with new people but once he gets to trust you he is a great little pony.

He has had some time of over winter as he hasn't had a rider so would need bringing back into work.

Good home is priority.
