MINNIE

We have had Minnie for the past three years, where she stepped down and guided her nervous, 11 year old rider through on to be a brave, confident and happy 14 year old! She is the perfect 1.5/2nd pony. She will always look after her rider, a real been there, done it type who needs to find a new person to help bring on and have lots of fun with.

Minnie will turn her hoof to anything and has had a varied life of hunting, eventing (loves a ODE/hunter trial!), show jumping, cross country, mounted games, beach rides and pony club rallies and camps. She always behaves beautifully at any event she attends. She loads well and will travel alone and in company and happy to stand quietly on the trailer/lorry to wait.

She has compete at courses of 90cm/1m but out at competitions now in a big arena, she is more comfortable and happy at 75/80. She is always praised for how quick she is against the clock and loves a jump off turn!

Minnie loves going out on a hack, she is happy alone or in company and is super safe in an open space. She loves to have fun out on beach rides and she also really enjoys mounted games, again, her aptitude for a tight turn often puts her in the lead for the barrel turns or weaving! She just loves it!

Minnie is polite, good to catch and easy to handle; safe for a child to bring in, take out etc. She is happy to stand to be groomed, great for the dentist/farrier/vet etc and a dream to clip. She is a good doer and super easy to care for.

Really sad sale due to her current rider out growing her and needing to move onto horses. Home is super important to us. Minnie has been used to a pampered life with regular clips/physio/salt therapy sessions to help keep her in peak condition! We would love to find her a new best friend who can love her as much as we do. She prefers a quiet, calm, kind rider; if she feels loved she will give you the world. Don’t let her age put you off, she is an absolute superstar and still has so much to give!

We will be keeping her saddle but happy to include bridle and all her rugs (she has a fair few!)

Poppy is a Smart Welsh Section C, 13hd Bay Rising 5yr old Mare, a very sweet friendly pony.

Poppy is ready to find her next best friend to love her as much as we do & have lots of fun together.

We purchased Poppy last June as a project whilst my teenage daughter’s horse was lame. They have had the best time together doing a bit of everything including competed & placed SJ, ODE, Working hunter classes, Hunter Trials, Mounted Games, Pony Club Activities, lots of hacking alone & in company going first or last, Trail hunted a few times; standing well at the meet. Enjoyed beach rides & swimming in the river.

Last August Poppy attended her first stay away Pony Club camp at Bicton Arena, she was an absolute star & loved camp, she didn’t put a foot wrong & tried her very best with everything that was asked of her.

Poppy Won 1st Place in the Working Hunter Pony not exceeding 13hd & Won Reserve Champion in the overall Working Hunter pony at Holsworthy Agricultural Show last season. Also a star competing at Launceston Agricultural Show having fun doing mounted games.

Poppy is an absolute pleasure to own, she is good on the ground & in the stable but due to her age she can occasionally be a bit pushy or nip, she does loves attention, being brushed & given lots of cuddles.

Poppy is good to catch & we turn her out with mares and geldings.

Poppy travels really well on her own or with company, loading her is getting better each time we take her out, sometimes she walks straight in & sometimes she needs to stop & think about it but always goes in.

Poppy is up to date with vaccinations, Physio, Teeth, Worming, farrier (front’s only)

Poppy is a wonderful clever young pony who loves to learn, due to her age she would benefit with an experienced equestrian home to continue her education.

Stanley 13.2 I’ve not measured him. Rising 9-year-old.

Stanley is a fast, forward-thinking pony who is utterly safe but not for a novice. He would also make an ideal lead rein pony as he’s kind, honest, and loves attention.

He’s done a bit of everything and especially enjoys jumping and hacking. Schooling-wise, he knows the basics but hasn’t been schooled to show pony standards—we’ve mostly just had fun with Stanley.

Stanley would suit a fun, active home—he’d thrive with someone who enjoys jumping, hunting, and a real variety of jobs. He’s bold, eager, and loves to get stuck in, making him a fantastic all-rounder for a confident, capable rider.

Stanley has been with us for Nearly 7 year, so his full history is known. He’s been a much-loved part of the family, and if he were a couple of hands bigger, he absolutely wouldn’t be going anywhere. As he is so much fun for my girls. He’s just outgrown. so finding the right home is the priority.

Stanley has impeccable ground manners—he’s like a big dog! Great to handle, loves a fuss, and is perfect for the farrier, bathing, teeth, and clipping (he can be a little fidgety with his legs during clipping). He has no vices on the ground, no lumps, bumps, or previous injuries, and is fully up to date with everything.

The only area needing work is loading and travelling in forward-facing transport—he’s not a fan, so a patient approach is key.

This little cob really loves his work and would thrive with a kind, confident rider who enjoys a forward pony and wants to continue his education.

Bobby has taken my daughter through 60cm, 70cm and 80cm SJ with numerous wins and placings and is now very sadly outgrown. He is a great competition pony for a child because he jumps all fillers, turns really well and can easily be pushed on in the jump off, is forward in the ring but he is not strong and comes back easily (see videos below).

Has been to Pony Club residential Camp where he did jumping, flatwork, hacking, mounted games etc (Not bothered by any of the mounted games equipment). Ideal if you are looking for an experienced pony for residential or junior camp this summer.

He has also done Pony Club rallies, including XC rallies where he was well behaved in open spaces with the other ponies (good with water and ditches). We've done two hunter trials competitions with him and he has won them both.

Individually won the PC Area 70cm SJ qualifier with us and had one of the fastest jump off times at the Regional Championships. Won numerous PC SJ Competitions

Jumped NSEA competitions and was 70cm Bucks Champion in 2023 and runner-up in 2024. Jumped at the Hickstead NSEA Champs, coming 1st in the 70cm and 3rd in the 80cm.

Numerous other wins and placings with us at 60cm, 70cm, 80cm. Has over 1000 BS winnings with previous owners - but we are looking for a home where he can start out with a child at 60cm/70cm where he can be a fun pony, fly round and bring home many rosettes.

Lives in or out (currently out 24/7). A very competitive showjumping pony, who also has attended pony club rallies and camp.

He has absolutely done the job for us, we've had him for nearly 3 years so totally outgrown, now ready to give another child fun and rosettes.

Recently had his hocks medicated (Arthramid so long lasting), jumped double clear at Cherwell last weekend in the 60cm and 70cm getting placed in both classes (2nd) with a rider who had only sat on him once before (videos available).

Spirit is one of a kind pony. She is the dream pony that all the kids want at pony club camp.

Kind, sweet and always a pleasure to be around, unfortunately my daughter has out grown her, so now Spirit is looking for her new home.

Spirit has been with us for 4 years. I originally bought Spirit to be a confidence boosting pony for my daughter who suffered a very bad fall on her last horse. However Spirit has just been such an incredible pony, who always try's her hardest to please in every sphere that we have keep her longer than intended and this has lead to my daughter being too tall for her.

Spirit is the perfect all rounder. In her last home she mainly did showjumping (BS). But with us she has done a bit of everything thinkable. She has done; showing, working hunters, dressage, showjumping, cross country, arena eventing, sea swimming and fun rides.

Spirit is easy on the ground she is good to clip, load and shoe plus great for vet/dentist. She will stand quietly on the lorry waiting for her turn.

On the flat Spirit has 3 perfect paces and holds herself in a beautiful outline. Spirit is great to hack on her own, she is never spooky or silly. When hacking in a group she does prefer to be at the front of the ride.

When it comes to jumping or cross country Spirit knows her job inside out and is extremely safe and never touches a pole. She has taken my daughter from 50cm to 90cm competitions and we always come back with a smile on our face or a rosette.

She is forward going so would not suit a novice or a nervous rider. And is never sick or sorry.

She is a much loved family pet and competition pony, we love her so much. Her next home is very important for us as she is such a lovely kind pony.

he has been in a riding school and then went to a private home with a very nervous girl where she has done pretty much everything.

She has done PC camps, all types of PC rallies, low level unaffiliated showjumping and dressage, hunting, farm-rides and much much more.

She has come to ourselves as her rider has now outgrown her and she is now looking for her next jockey. She happily tootles around a small course with a novice / nervous rider but will step up a gear when asked.

Freda works in a lovely shape and tries her hardest for her rider. She has jumped all types of XC fences with all levels of riders.

She happily hacks alone and in company and has seen all types of traffic. Great in open spaces alone or in company. Can have the odd shy at something like a daffodil but this has never been an issue I’m just being totally honest.

She is a rosette machine, scopey, bold and uncomplicated with a real ‘can do’ attitude to everything we have ever asked. She is an absolute pleasure to handle and take out to shows.

She has been ridden by a small adult as well as a child and is excellent to hack, in open spaces and in traffic. Always ridden in a bendy rubber snaffle.

She is more of a second pony and wouldn’t be suited to a novice home as she is forward going, intelligent and enjoys a busy and varied schedule. We would consider a lease to a competitive home.
