Little introduction needed - Durley Hall Medici. 128 cm FEI measured JA, 15 yr old Top track gold league pony

Heartbreaking sale of our beloved pony Joey, who wins everyone’s hearts over! Originally a very small 138cm we purchased Joey in 2022 as a first pony for our son who was a complete novice from pony club/lead rein level to start unaffiliated with. With a glittering history with previous owners we didn’t hesitate and what an amazing journey we have been on, now he is ready to do that again with another small jockey!

Starting out through the stepping stones level, we quickly collected numerous clears and placings and slowly progressed through the levels to win our first major Grand Prix at South View in the 11 & unders where we realised this pony is going to be very special! Never coming home without a rosette, we went onto winning the Onley grounds 138 cm Grand Prix in the winter with him before down measuring him with ease as a 128cm pony. That season we stepped up another level with a relatively novice jockey still and won the winter royal international qualifier at Onley indoors to qualify for the final, going clear all 3 rounds!

Consistently jumped the HOYS qualifiers all year for such an unlucky 4 faults again through nerves from the rider and learning at this level but this pony always went through the start and finish, and this was a decent score given the tough tracks throughout the summer premiers. We eventually gained our HOYS 2024 ticket .

At HOYS Joey was amazing he went clear and into the jump off in both his and Freddie’s debut at HOYS, couldn’t have asked for a better pony to experience it all with. Qualified for London Interantional Horse Show December 2024.

Selected for England home pony teams 2024 jumping 2 x double clear, getting his jockey his England badge.

So many people can vouch for this pony who jumps out of pure heart for the job, very sound and correct and enjoys being a normal pony hacking through the forest. Not a mad type and will educate the smallest of jockeys the ranks of British showjumping. Honest, kind and straightforward ride. Quick in a jump off and loves to be competitive! Always aims to help his riders out and just a pure pleasure to take out and own.

This is a really hard decision for us and has taken us a while to make but we know it’s right. Ronja came to us from another small child that was struggling with her at shows, although we’ve achieved some amazing rounds and results with her she’s not consistent with my tiny just 9 year old in the ring.

I feel ronja is better suited to a taller or older child maybe someone on their last 18 months of 128s that can get their legs around her. We have previously put a taller older child on and she was foot perfect. The child she was with in Ireland was also on her last 12/18 months with her although petite , she absolutely adored her and had some amazing achievements with her.

At home/arena hires/fun rides/ warm up areas etc she is the most perfect pony, our only fault is only ever in the ring sadly. Ronja does all her flying changes when schooled , takes a contact by herself and looks amazing. Good with absolutely everything, clipping , teeth, shoes, hacking , loading , travelling , always settled at stay aways & happy to stay out or be stabled in the evenings.

We school her around 110 at home and have jumped a couple of 115 tracks at arena hires. My 9 year old has jumped her up to winter first rounds in the ring.

We have been lucky enough to have Summer for the last two years, she has been awesome. She has had multiple wins and team selections to across the UK & Ireland.

We bought her specifically to get to Olympia ,, and she takes us there next week !!

there are two sides to summer ;

She is the kindest easy to handle pony on the ground, happy at Pony Cub Camp, easy to load and work with , loves cuddles.

But once the bell goes she is lightning fast, clears up to 115,and turns on a sixpence. she is strong in the ring.

The advert we never thought we would be writing so soon but my daughter has just massively outgrown her.

This pony needs no introduction, undoubtedly one of, if not the best, U10s pony on the circuit. She has taught so many top kids over the years and took them to the top. She will not only bring your child home safely, she will win the class aswell. She took my daughter from jumping Xpoles in a riding school to jumping at BS pony premiers up and down the country within 4 months. She will jump double clear stepping stones and spring boards all day long. She always helps the kids out and will turn on a sixpence

When we bought her she stepped right down for the kids and would happily trot round a course of cross poles and would never get strong or silly. My 3 year old son rides her round on lead rein and she absolutely adores the little ones.

Fudge is perfect to load, travel, clip and bath, hack alone or in company. The kids go off hacking for hours on their own and gallop and jump through the fields and she would never put a foot wrong. My children do everything with her on their own and I trust her 100%. She’s got such a personality, she never fails to make us laugh. Shes forever in your pockets for polos, or giving the kids kisses.

She’s completely sound and open to vet, she has been looked after like an egg in a cake and never over jumped. She’s up to date with everything. Don’t let her age put you off, she looks and acts like a 10 year old jumping pony. She’s as fit as fire are rareing to go.

My daughter is heartbroken to sell her pony of a lifetime. We owe this very special girl nothing, she has set my daughter up and filled her with confidence. We would have kept her forever but she too good to be wasted and loves her job too much. She’s ready to show another jockey the ropes and we will all be so sad to see her go. Juliette is a super safe and kind pony in all ways. She has competed up to 1m in Belgium and in our ownership up to 90cms as a first jumping pony. Juliette has the ability to be super competitive with her willingness to jump from angles and varying strides.

She has a laid back and kind nature, so is great with little kids handling her in the stable and grooming etc. With her nature she does take positive riding to get up to speed, but once she knows the jockey wants a bigger gear, she will stay there.

This is why she is great for younger riders to start on as she adapts to the confidence and ability. This will be a very sad sale as her current rider has sadly outgrown her.

Missy / Annandale Miss Saigon - Top Track 128 Gold League / Plaited 133 HOYS

Missy is currently competing with Annabel Widdowson as my daughter has been out of class a year and can only jump open classes.

Missy is one of the straightest and most genuine ponies on the circuit. Exceptional on the flat. She has bags of scope and not just a top track BS pony she is a fun, loving and fabulous children's pony who can step down for children and step up. My daughter was nine years old when we bought her in 2021.

She loves to do lots of activities not just jumping. She loves to hack and loves Cross Country. Missy stepped down for Estelle and would do the same again for a little jockey.

Missy has took a back seat this year doing WH, flat training this year while we were busy preparing for 138 Hickstead and HOYS qualifiers.

2024 Missy has done open classes with Estelle with her being off 128 but is now with Annabel so she can do the 128 class and allow Estelle to concentrate on her 138 ponies. Annabel & Missy have qualified 2025 second rounds ant their second show. Annabel’s first show with Missy saw them winning the 128 Winters and coming second in the 128 Springboard.

2023 was in the top ten gold league 128 ponies in three months of my daughter starting BS and being frightened to jump bigger than 70cm.

Missy does not stop and is very careful. Any stops Missy has ever had or poles have been inexperienced rider error with us as I believe is often the case with most horses and ponies.

Introduced my nervous daughter to BS starting at Stepping Stones to jumping top track BS tracks in three months. Estelle went from starting BS to being at the top of the Bronze league, silver league then into the gold league.

Missy has been to HOYS and Royal International as a 133 plaited WHP.

Missy is good in every way to catch, shoe, clip, bath and box.

Missy is hugely talented and schools 115 at home. Missy is still in JC and the best is yet to come from her but we have ran out of time for BS.

Missy is placed every time out.

I count my blessings everyday we bought Missy. What she has done for my daughter is incredible. Genuine ponies like her are hard to find.

Good knowledgeable and loving home more important than price.

Absolutely heartbreaking sale of a much loved family pet. Missy now needs to be some other little girls number one now my daughter is out of class and busy with her two other ponies.

We've owned Vegas for 2.5years, my daughter was 7 when we got him and he's now sadly outgrown.
Previous owners owned him for 7 years and they stay in touch.
He's just an amazing pony both under saddle and to have around, we give him a very varied life - SJ, XC, AE, all PC activities, beach rides, loads of hacking and riding in open fields.

He has taken my daughter from jumping 50cm to hedges. They've won winter league SJ 60/70cm, and Kelsall SJ unaffiliated championships 60cm with many other wins and ribbons under their belt!
