Loving his jumping, doesn’t look at any fillers or ‘rider scarers’ and has never ever said no. Goes off any stride. Ready to go clear around 70cm now, and this could progress very quickly indeed.

A beautiful nature, unspoilt with no quirks, could make so many people happy whether a teen/ pleasure horse/ hunting/ competition.

This is Ace. And he is ace in many ways which is why I bought him in July from Solway Racehorses straight from the field after turnout post training at 2 ( poor baby!) . Some photos from when in training . He was basically not raced as ‘too slow, didn’t grow’. Now he is growing!!!

I bought to retrain and sell on , however like all good plans, it all went belly up as I was in a horrible accident a few weeks later which smashed my pelvis!! Prior to then I had done some groundwork with Ace as he was as green as grass, even not tying up or lifting feet!! However he ws quick and keen to learn. I also hacked him out many times and he was good as gold. Looked at things but like a little boy in a toy shop kind of way!! Too cute!!

I have managed to get back on now and again have hacked him out but I have lost my nerve with him on the ground . My accident was two mares attacked him as I led him through their field ( only access to yard !) . A big brood mare kicked me and I was very ill after due to blood loss etc. I have PTSD and can’t manage to finish the job I started with Ace. He needs to go to someone who can give him one to one as he is now jealous of the time I spend with my own sweet gentle mare who I trust 100%.

Ace is a little but cheeky when he doesn’t get his own way but partly due to being bored . He thrives on work and eager to please, but only 3 last March so immature when it comes to discipline, I think he has been hit previously as was scared of bridle especially jangling of the bit. I ride him in plastic bit or leather one and he a lot better .

He is compact little horse and will be a total pocket rocket around a course of jumps He is really bright eyed chappie . I think he will grow a bit yet too. He has great feet ( cold shod in front) , teeth done in July. Vaccs up to date.

Am selling at a low price as I can’t afford to keep 2 horses through the winter as still not able to work due to injury. I also found out this week I need to have surgery so REALLY can’t aford full livery for 2. He can come with rugs and can deliver for costs . Travels in trailer alone or prefers his ‘sister’ with him . Any foibles due to his inexperience and being field ornament since Aug but lots potential . Needs confident educated owner, maybe practicing natural horsemanship over whips as he deserves kind person and doesn’t react well to Mr Shouty!!

Olive retired from racing in 2023 sound and has been allowed down time. She has been doing lots of hacking, lunging and long reigning with her owner and she is now on sales livery to continue to be produced and to find her next long term home.

Olive is a very quiet mare and more woah than go. She moves very nicely and has started to work in an outline in all 3 paces in the arena. We have taught her to jump and she is proving to be a natural over a fence and very much enjoys it.

She hacks alone and in company and has seen plenty of traffic. She is good in open spaces and she is proving to be a very honest and genuine mare with a lovely temperament.

Olive has great conformation and is very pretty to look at. She would be an ideal ROR horse for someone wanting to produce a quality TB in the ROR competitions.

She is green. She does need further training and miles on the clock. However she has had a great start to her life outside of racing and she would suit many types of riders if they are happy to put a bit of work in. She will be a fantastic riding club horse and give someone a lot of fun along the way. She is good to clip, catch, load, shoe. No vices, no lumps or bumps.

Serious riding horse for the future.

159cm rising 4yr old. Well put together, good paces. Fantastic to deal with at shows, I have taken her Royal Norfolk, Equifest, ESUK Champs among others by myself with numerous wins, championships and placings in her first season in-hand where she has always behaved impeccably and had very encouraging comments from judges.

Was ridden a few times at the start of the year and was a sweet ride. Has since been given time to grow and mature, doing lots of groundwork and long reining so a fantastic blank canvas for someone to put their stamp on. She long reins out of the yard down the byway alone. Seen pigs, motorbikes and tractors. Will make a fantastic allrounder in time.

She’s a very sweet filly, has been handled by my novice mum, but can have her typical baby moments at home and can be pushy so does require a knowledgeable and confident handler. She likes routine, will stress if left alone in the paddock or stable block, but will happily go off to work/ compete alone and coped like a pro in temp stables.

She’s full TB, by Invincible army, and was in training so eligible for some ROR series, but equally holds her own in open riding horse classes. She does have a very slight bump on her off hind, but it is minimal, and has never been picked up on by judges.

Thunder is a very handsome 15.3hh TB gelding 13 yrs. ROR eligible he only raced 4 times under rules as a 5 yr old before being professionally reschooled.

He has balanced, elegant paces and a very soft mouth and works easily in an outline and is very obedient and calm in the arena. He also loves to jump where he is a bit more forward but still snaffle mouth and is both bold and careful with excellent technique. He has previously competed Prelim/novice dressage and up to 90 cm jumping in previous homes as well as been largely used as a hacking and fun horse.

Excellent to hack and in traffic. Perfect in company , but will hack happily with a confident rider on his own, you just need to be a little firm at junctions .

Really lovely person to handle and no vices or injuries, clean limbs and good feet. Good to load, shoe, catch, clip etc.

Suit confident teenager/ adult looking for a quality horse on a budget. He is not your average thoroughbred! Not suitable for anyone very novice or nervous as he likes some guidance from his rider.

Joey is a 5 year old x racehorse, he has been out of training for 2 years but has done very little work since.

He has been out of work for 6 months due to work commitments, has only been back in work for 2 weeks.
