Billy was in training as a 2 yr old but never raced, speed is not his thing.

Very nice to ride, well schooled and mannerly, his is quick to learn and will make an excellent dressage and show horse. Good to hack in Company, don’t really have anywhere safe to try alone but is not nappy or silly. Good doer, loves his food.

Easy to handle on the ground, not rude or pushy, my toddler regularly grooms him. Not for novices as although he is generally pretty chilled he’s still a young TB and they all have their moments, he had a hard start in racing and needs someone kind and gentle to bring out the best in him.

For sale through no fault of his own, he just hasn’t grown big enough for me.

Bandit is a well mannered horse who stands like a gentleman for farrier, clipping, dentist, etc and is seeking a new purpose in life.

Snaffle mouthed, hacks alone and in company, great in all kinds of traffic and is safe on open moorland. Loads first time and travels quietly.

Bandit came to me to event but has kissing spine therefore is not suitable for a jumping home. He has had treatment and rehab, and is sound ready to carry on enjoying a ridden life with a new purpose. Has enjoyed hacking, fun rides, camps and clinics over the last 18 months. Genuine sale as owner wants to event and that’s not the job Bandit wants.

Bandit's perfect setup would be a non competitive home with a slim built lady who wants to enjoy hacks, fun rides and possibly the odd hunt.

Bandit is incredibly sweet natured and a joy to have on the yard.

Completely honest advert and only 5* forever homes with experience will be considered. Tough decision but in the best interest of Bandit so please no time wasters.

Will come with wardrobe of rugs.

Gucci is a beautiful stamp of a horse, with a lot of presence about him.

He’s got 3 beautiful balanced paces. With great conformation and a fabulous attitude.

Gucci Shows promise for doing a nice dressage test beginning to work in a nice frame and jumps nicely and making a nice shape over his fences.

He’s bold and unphased meaning I think he’d be brilliant Cross country. Therefore I think Gucci would make a fantastic event horse in time.

I also think Gucci would love to hunt & teamchase, he’s a real worker who tries hards for his rider.

Good to do in all ways, easy going character who is fun to have around and has a great personality.

Perfect grassroots horse -
A real pocket rocket 15.1hh Bay mare, 7 years old (8 in March 25). TB, ROR eligible. Never mareish.

Lovely balanced paces. Working well in the school, started lateral work. Very used to doing pole work and grids. Won and placed prelim dressage with previous owner. Paces and attitude mean she could easily do BD, but loves to jump.

Super easy to a fence, very clever with her feet and will get you out of trouble without holding a grudge. Consistently jumping 90cm, lots of scope for more, could do BE Novice. Brave and bold to a fence, no probs with water, ditches and locks on to skinnies. Has competed ODE’s, arena eventing and show jumping with previous owner. Has recently been on arena hire, XC and SJ. Behaved impeccably.

Super easy to take out, loads, stands on or off lorry patiently. Easy to do. 100% with farrier, clip etc. Not spooky or silly.

Good to hack in company, lacks confidence alone, but this would come with time I think. More suited to life in a busy yard. She does like to be tucked up in stable when weather is rubbish! But has lived out 24/7 in the summer months.

Full history from foal known. Up to date with dentist, jabs, physio etc.

She has been carefully produced, is fit and ready to go. Perfect forward thinking little horse. Ideal for anyone coming off ponies or small adult. Rides bigger than her small stature suggests. Would love a competitive home.

Genuine and very sad sale of this special mare.

Lots and lots of videos and photos since 4 year old.

Open to vetting and instructors. No loans or LWVTB

Reduced to find a lovely home before I start my new job. Currently sold from the field after a well deserved holiday so will need bringing back into work slowly.

Serious riding horse for the future.

159cm rising 4yr old. Well put together, good paces. Fantastic to deal with at shows, I have taken her Royal Norfolk, Equifest, ESUK Champs among others by myself with numerous wins, championships and placings in her first season in-hand where she has always behaved impeccably and had very encouraging comments from judges.

Was ridden a few times at the start of the year and was a sweet ride. Has since been given time to grow and mature, doing lots of groundwork and long reining so a fantastic blank canvas for someone to put their stamp on. She long reins out of the yard down the byway alone. Seen pigs, motorbikes and tractors. Will make a fantastic allrounder in time.

She’s a very sweet filly, has been handled by my novice mum, but can have her typical baby moments at home and can be pushy so does require a knowledgeable and confident handler. She likes routine, will stress if left alone in the paddock or stable block, but will happily go off to work/ compete alone and coped like a pro in temp stables.

She’s full TB, by Invincible army, and was in training so eligible for some ROR series, but equally holds her own in open riding horse classes. She does have a very slight bump on her off hind, but it is minimal, and has never been picked up on by judges.

Slate Craker, aka Cracker is a 2019 dark bay gelding who ran on flat 12 times and retired at 3 yo (2022)

Had lots of down time as started retraining in August 2024

Retrained very slowly and carefully:

- Hacks in company and alone. Very good traffic.
- Flat work is coming on nicely. Has nice balanced and correct paces. Will work in an outline.
- Has seen poles and fillers. Has done a small amount of jumping. Improves every time, just needs more experience.
- Been to an arena hire where he was calm and collected. Stood to be tacked up at lorry.
- Travels well but loading is a work in progress as he has not done much of this in the last 2 years.
- Very good to be clipped, just not keen on going near his ears. Was clipped loose in his stable.
- Loves attention and to be fussed over. Has been described by most as a puppy dog in horse form.

Ready to take out competing in coming weeks, and have plans to do so next week.

Is up to date with vaccs, dentist and farrier.

So if anyone is looking for a fun horse to love forever, then Cracker is the one for you.

The hardest decision I will have to make, finding my special boy a new mummy/daddy.

Due to personal circumstances and no fault of his own at all.

15.1hh approx 12yrld gelding by Invincible spirit. Ultimate ROR FUN HORSE.

Steady has mainly competed in showing ridden and in hand, qualifying for Aintree and Hickstead 2025.

He has also competed in ror and hack hoys qualifiers.

He is a pleasure to take to shows and doesn't require hours of working in, multiple times he has gone straight in the ring because we have been late!

I feel he would massively excel in dressage, personally I just don't do this. And now with a young child, I am really struggling with giving him the time he deserves.

He has done low level sj but i haven't done any recently as concentrated on showing - He has attended clinics, fun rides, hunting.

Hacking he loves on his own or in company - mainly hack on my own.

Always in a snaffle (apart from showing) never strong or silly.

You can leave him weeks and he doesn't get fresh or have to be lunged.

He is good to shoe, box, clip, travel, turns out on his own and isn't clingy.

His only vice is he does windsuck, although in the field with electric fencing he doesn't.

I love this horse to bits and the right home is paramount.

Same home for 8 years, we trained him in his racing career - I have ridden him in races and retrained him myself.

He is so much fun and in his prime, would be ideal for a teen or mother daughter share type or someone wanted to have a lot of fun dressage / showing / hacking.

I would discuss LWVTB to the right home and on the agreement he was insured.

Blue is a well put together full thoroughbred by Beat Hollow out of a mare by the infamous Sadler's Wells. He retired from racing sound in 2023, he is eligible for all RoR competiton and would really excels in any discipline with the correct education due to his laid back but work man like attitude.

On the flat Blue is starting to really get to grips with all basic movements and has started to work in a more correct frame. He is still very green but the basics are there for someone to really put their own stamp on. He is never silly and loves his work.

Blue has jumped around a few courses of fences and really comes to life, he is straightforward, unphased and has a good jumping technique. He has jumped some cross country fences at home and is always on the look out for the next obstacle. He would really suit a low level eventing home.

Blue is good to hack alone and in company, and has seen farm traffic.

He is is good to load, catch, shoe etc. he has a really lovely temperament and will happily be someones best friend. Good home sought after. No vices.

This is Ace. And he is ace in many ways which is why I bought him in July from Solway Racehorses straight from the field after turnout post training at 2 ( poor baby!) . Some photos from when in training . He was basically not raced as ‘too slow, didn’t grow’. Now he is growing!!!

I bought to retrain and sell on , however like all good plans, it all went belly up as I was in a horrible accident a few weeks later which smashed my pelvis!! Prior to then I had done some groundwork with Ace as he was as green as grass, even not tying up or lifting feet!! However he ws quick and keen to learn. I also hacked him out many times and he was good as gold. Looked at things but like a little boy in a toy shop kind of way!! Too cute!!

I have managed to get back on now and again have hacked him out but I have lost my nerve with him on the ground . My accident was two mares attacked him as I led him through their field ( only access to yard !) . A big brood mare kicked me and I was very ill after due to blood loss etc. I have PTSD and can’t manage to finish the job I started with Ace. He needs to go to someone who can give him one to one as he is now jealous of the time I spend with my own sweet gentle mare who I trust 100%.

Ace is a little but cheeky when he doesn’t get his own way but partly due to being bored . He thrives on work and eager to please, but only 3 last March so immature when it comes to discipline, I think he has been hit previously as was scared of bridle especially jangling of the bit. I ride him in plastic bit or leather one and he a lot better .

He is compact little horse and will be a total pocket rocket around a course of jumps He is really bright eyed chappie . I think he will grow a bit yet too. He has great feet ( cold shod in front) , teeth done in July. Vaccs up to date.

Am selling at a low price as I can’t afford to keep 2 horses through the winter as still not able to work due to injury. I also found out this week I need to have surgery so REALLY can’t aford full livery for 2. He can come with rugs and can deliver for costs . Travels in trailer alone or prefers his ‘sister’ with him . Any foibles due to his inexperience and being field ornament since Aug but lots potential . Needs confident educated owner, maybe practicing natural horsemanship over whips as he deserves kind person and doesn’t react well to Mr Shouty!!
