15.1 10 year old Connemara x Irish sports horse mare

Maggie is an absolute delight to have in the yard. She is super polite and mannerly to handle. Loves a fuss and really affectionate.

She is very straightforward to ride. She works well on the flat , with comfortable and rhythmical paces. Snaffle mouth, not strong. She is straight and correct and would produce a smart dressage test.
Maggie enjoys her jumping. Easy and bold to a fence; she's clever and sorts her own legs out.

She hacks alone and in company. Maggie is sensible in traffic but needs her hand holding or tucking in off the road for the big stuff. Sensible in open spaces.

We are unsure of Maggies competition background. We believe she has competed at unaffiliated showjumping events but she hasn't been out with her current owners. She has hunted previously and proved to be mannerly and sensible.

Maggie would suit an active RC/PC home. She enjoys having a job so not suited for a novice

George is 14 years young with plenty of zest for life remaining. He has super paces and carries himself naturally in an outline, making him very capable of competing in dressage.

He has done lots of hacking both off road and on, is happy both alone and in company and is good in traffic.

George is forward going yet snaffle mouthed and has done a little bit of jumping at home which he has loved.

George would suit a home where he can enjoy a bit of everything. He is suitable for a competent and balanced novice rider although due to his forward going way and big paces he probably wouldn’t suit a nervous rider.

He is a beautiful horse and is well bred so he could also step back into the show ring which was what he was originally bred for.  He was shown very successfully from the ages of 1-3 years in hand, winning multiple championships.

Connor is a firm favourite on the yard. He has a huge personality, owning him is always a laugh a minute as he has a great sense of humour.

Connor has been with me for a year and a half, he has been out towards the end of the hunting season to grab a few days with the Fernie/local drag packs. He proved to be very well behaved at the meet and was ridden in a snaffle. He is a very chilled horizontal kind of guy and he behaved as such out hunting! He was good with hounds and other horses and popped a couple of ditches and tiger traps. He is not a made hunter but he was impeccably behaved.

Connor has been to arena hires- including dressage boards, all weather xc and Showjumps. He has also been xc schooling on grass. He is incredibly generous and genuine in his nature and will as a rule give everything a go- if you kick and steer he tries his best! He’s good with fillers, water trays, ditches, water, skinnies and brush.

He has been to a hunter trial as his first go at xc and he was an absolute star and tried his little heart out.

Connor has done a couple of intro UA dr tests and behaved well, he is not scared or spooky of dressage boards.

Connor is good to hack alone or in company, on roads and in fields. He is good in traffic and farm machinery. He never naps. He can be a little young horse spooky but never unpredictable!

He is working sweetly in the school and he has a lovely soft mouth and works in a natural outline. He has a good step and a rocking horse canter.

Connor has no health issues and is N/N hoof wall. He is good to load and travel o Lorries and trailers. He is good to clip and shoe and is shod all round.

Connor is a fun loving comedian. He is still a young and green little horse so he is not suitable for a novice home- however he has been used to give friends children lead rein lessons and frequently has our 6mth old baby plonked on him in the stable.

He is not suitable for a very nervous owner as is a young horse still and is generally a super star jolly cheeky little chappy. He does not buck rear or nap. 5* home wanted for our concon

Sad sale to owners M.S. and young children, is unable to provide the consistent exercise this little horse requires.

Good to shoe. Has travelled in both a trailer and a lorry. Great to clip, vet and dentist. Up to date with vaccinations. Generally good to catch. Might need a treat if she's in a fresh field of grass. Excellent in heaviest of traffic.

Ideal PC / RC type. We've jumped her up to 1m. Is bold to a fence. But has been used as a happy hack in current home.

Don’t be put off by his age, he has hunted his first season with the Pytchley, Fernie and readyfield and is proving to be an extremely safe and reliable little horse, he is happy to be up front or sit behind will do gates, pop a few rails and jump ditches.

Has competed up to 70 in showjumping and cross country with scope to go higher, hacks alone or in company, he is still green in the school (just picking up the correct canter lead) but this is just due to his age. He is snaffle mouthed always and has never been strong.

Never silly or dangerous and absolutely no vices.

Would be ideal for a confident youngster coming off of ponies and wanting to have a summer of fun, fit and ready to get out and about.
