RUBY - A lovely sweet Mare that who is super fun in all ways. Sadly outgrown, and with priorities elsewhere, Ruby is now available and ideal for a young confident rider wanting to enjoy all activities:

* Numerous SJ wins and places, upto 1.10m (jumping bigger at home) - will be happy to step back down
* Good Dressage experience - 65% Preliminary (Affiliated), 69% Novice (Unaffiliated) & always placed at Pony Club upto Intermediate level (good lateral work)
* Numerous placing at Arena Eventing (Unaffiliated)
* XC schooled, including Pony Club Working Hunter Trial at Burghley, brave with the water
* Good to hack, plus Beach Rides & Canter Tracks

Ruby has been sensitively and professionally developed with her best years ahead of her, with an amazing scopey jump but will happily step back down to teach another child. Good flat work (ridden in a snaffle), keen to please. Most experience ShowJumping - Eye catching in the ring, quick against the clock - with brakes.

Ruby is good to hack (alone and in company), plenty of road hacking experience; current home has plenty of farm machinery and she is unfazed by it. Great to load (will stand on the trailer all day), can be turned out 24/7 or in at night, and amazing at shows (including stay aways). Good with the farrier (currently front shoes only), easy to clip up to date with vaccinations, dentist and physio.

Ruby has been educated in the last 12-18 months with established changes and significant experience of other disciplines, so would make an ideal Pony Club/NSEA/Leisure pony. She is fit and ready to go for her next jockey.

Will come with some tack and a full wardrobe of rugs.

Please message in the first instance to express your interest, and any questions you might have. We have great facilities for anyone to try Ruby (Nottinghamshire); open to any vetting.

ABSOLUTELY NO TIME WASTERS (those only with a genuine interest in viewing-buying, but I will answer as many questions you like before viewing to understand if Ruby is right for your family)

A super brave, sweet and extremely willing full up 138 well bred Connemara mare looking for her new rider. This pony is a cracker cross country and coupled with her lovely flatwork will make an excellent eventing pony. Placing this year in her first 2 times out eventing, and qualifying for the IPC championships. From the very successful eventing and whp bloodlines of Templebready Fear Bui and I Love You Melody. Lexie is also competitive on the show jumping circuit.

A lovely mover on the flat/dressage and so brave XC and in the showjumping ring. Jumped up to 1.10cm. Auto changes. Good to shoe, travel and hack. This pony is a sweetheart to have around the yard and gives it her all in XC and jumping. A very pretty pony too.

A well produced pony to suit a rider looking to showjump at 1m and step up to 1.10cm with a competent rider. A good contender for RDS equitation classes and a machine XC. Looking for a new home as current rider has moved out of 138.

We have had the pleasure of owning Cuffesgrange Lord Admiral for the past 2 years but the time has come for him to find a new jockey with his current rider off ponies at the end of the year and moved onto horses.

He has evented at BE90/100 with my daughter and brought lots of success including a win at Tweseldown on a finishing score of 25.5

His cross country is immaculate, never struggles with time as he is a very athletic pony. He has previously evented at Novice/CCI2* so has very established dressage work and he is always top 5 after dressage could easily go pure dressage as he moves extremely well and is always a judge's favourite.

He has showjumped with my daughter at newcomers and foxhunter and has given her experience around the bigger tracks, with previous owner he went to HOYS in both the newcomer and foxhunter final.

He has gone to pc camps, BE pony training days, many stay away shows and always has flawless behaviour, he is very neat and tidy and a pleasure to deal with, no vices, good to shoe, hack out.

We look forward to finding him a super new home with a rider that will enjoy him to the full.

I have had the pleasure of producing Ballyvary Patsy over the last 2 1/2 years.  As he has matured with age, his talent and desire to please has also continued to increase.

His flatwork is established with 3 lovely paces; he has a commanding presence in the arena gaining many comments & positive, flattering feedback.

He is confidently training around 1.20m and competing at 1.10 with plenty scope to increase.

Rubin has the courage of a lion and is an excellent competition pony, he is therefore unsuitable for novices. He would suit a competent teenager to ride him in a sympathetic and empathetic manner.

With a beautiful personality, he is an absolute dream to handle in all aspects and does not require sedation for anything.

Rubin is now ready to find his new rider and show his true potential competing in pony trials. We also believe he would excel at BS.

Some of his achievements are as follows;

  • Agria BE100 National League Winner 2024
  • Solid record of BE 100 & Novice double clears in 2024
  • BD registered competing at Novice
  • BS (ticket) competing at 1.10

5* forever home sought for this wonderful pony who has so much more to give.

Priced at mid to high five figures.

The safest and soundest eventing pony that dreams are made of. I have owned Turpin since the day he was born and he is the most mannerly, sweetest and pleasant pony to deal with on a day to day basis. He is the only foal out of 2* eventing pony Newgrove Lass and has shown every bit of promise to be as good as if not better than her! Turpin has never had a days lameness and is such a tough, sound pony, he only actually wears shoes for the studs! He is 100% to hack alone or in company, clip, shoe and any of the day to day bits, he really is just an innately lovely little man.

Dressage
Turpin is established at BE100 level and although this would be considered his weakest phase, he is still able to achieve good results. He needs a rider with good feel and mature understanding. He has the canter of a rocking horse and all his work is correct.

Showjumping
Turpin has a very consistent record up to 1 metre with 3 separate young riders, his records on SJI, Eventing Ireland and British Eventing speak for themselves. He has plenty of ability for 1.10 and is on track to step up for next season. His recent rounds at Oasby and Speetley have shown he is able to jump out of bottomless ground and also be one of the best performers of the day.

Cross Country
Turpin is a very mannerly cross country pony, jumping both phases in a simple snaffle. He will suit someone who is able to kick on and loves the rush. He is able to show a lesser experienced rider round 80 & 90 with no bother whilst they learn the ropes of the sport. He never becomes overwhelmed by technicalities and is already confidently schooling at BE Novice level. Once again, ground is no factor to Turpin and will jump as well on good ground as he does a bog.

Hunting
Turpin is the hunting pony of dreams. There is no country he cannot cross and no ground he can’t cover. He has hunted with Rockwood Harriers, Readyfield Bloodhounds, East Antrim Harriers, East Clare Harriers and North Tipperary Foxhounds. He has also completed the Ballycommon ride twice with 2 separate riders.

Extra Features
Turpin has been a vital member of the East Antrim pony club teams in 2023/2024 being in a winning PC90 eventing team and also a winning PC100 show jumping team.
Also, to add to Turpin’s versatility, Turpin is also broken to drive! He doesn’t even wear blinkers, he’s a very happy pony trotting down the lanes taking in the sights!

Rock Melody (Indie) is a 14 h skewbald mare. She has been with us for two years and she has been the ultimate introduction to competitive BE and U18 teams.

She regularly attends training and has been on the South East team for the last four years. In her first year with us, she was top of the BE SE 90 league, and in 2024 she took my daughter clear around Badminton grassroots. She has wins too numerous to mention, some of the highlights being:

2023 BE SE U18 90 league winner
2024 5th individual BE youth championships at Chillington
2024 Badminton Grassroots Championships 21st place
2023 winner Pc Area horse trials / 5th individual at the PC championships
2023 9th Bicton 3DE
2023 1st Brightling Park BE U18
2024 1st poplar Park BE U18
2023 top ten NSEA arena eventing Championships
2024 NSEA 1st individual dressage 81% Championships Hickstead
2024 1st PC Championships Novice dressage 81%

She lives to event and excels in all three phases.

Dressage - fantastic eye catching paces, consistent and rideable, regularly scoring sub 30/ 70% plus. She won both the NSEA individual and PC individual Championships in 2024. Working at Novice level, training at elementary.

Cross Country- Indie lives to go xc, and is a machine. She definitely looks for the flags and auto adjusts her stride and straightness to get to the other side. She has a ground covering canter and wastes no time setting up for fences. Her rider has recently got a few costly speeding penalties from enjoying her a little bit too much!

Show Jumping - Indie is very bold and sorts her own stride out. She is pretty consistent and enjoys a good jump off with turns. We have occasionally taken her BS and she has always come home with a double clear and a win at British Novice and Discovery. BS winnings and record available.

Indie has given my daughter the best experiences over the last two years and it is with a heavy heart that we have decided she needs to find a new smaller partner to share these experiences with.

Indie is excellent to hack and my daughter rides her alone and in company before/ after school - jumping bushes and logs that they find along the way and exploring different routes. Indie would like a new home that enjoys hacking as much as she does!

Indie is good to shoe box clip travel stay aways etc etc she will stand on the lorry and is a true professional.

Indie does have a very unique character. She is a total schoolmistress to ride, but she does enjoy her own space with day to day handling on the ground. She has her own little ways which have been passed on from owner to owner over the years and keep her happy! Full history and previous owners are all in contact and keen to ensure she continues to shine.

Five star private home is a must and references/ recommendations would help us ensure Indie finds the perfect match.

Sammie is a little star! He has competed Prelim level dressage and is working towards Novice level, he has 3 lovely paces and the most comfortable canter.

He has a lovely jump, clean and careful but doesn’t over jump, not a spooky type - he has competed at 90cm show jumping and combined training and has been XC at both on grass and Arena eventing. He loves his XC, straight and bold. He has jumped 90/1m fences and would have the scope to go on.

He is good to hack out both on the roads and in the fields. Sammie has hunted and loved it. He will make a super all rounder / event pony or jumper with ability to aim for Cotswold Cups, BE/BS. Good to box, shoe, clip, and happily lives alone or with others.

He is a cheeky Connie who enjoys his work and wants a busy life, so not looking for a nervous or novice that would get worried. Fit and ready to go, now just needs his next person.

Midnight Mist is an exceptional rising 16yo three time European pony with a team bronze medal, 11th, 10th and Best Brit in 2023 at the same venue as the 2025 and 2026 Europeans where if the XC is as big and technical as it was 2 years ago, then there's no better pony to be sat on.

Consistent and reliable in every phase while being a straightforward ride, current rider was only 11 when we bought him and he would happily teach another younger rider the ropes or equally take a rider to the Europeans again.

Never been lame in 5 and a half years of owning him, open to any vetting.

Ready to go and loves his job. Priced so he’s able to start the event season with his new rider

This stunning little Pony was bought from Ireland as a 3 year old, broken at 4 then hunted a season and turned away to mature. The past 2 years she has been educated in all disciplines.

She has amazing bloodlines, her sire is Copper Field out of Temple Bready Fear Bui, her Dam Carrignagapple Damson, she was bred with Eventing in mind.

Flora is a pleasure to be around, she is sweet, willing and with a super temperament. She lives out all year round in a mixed herd, good with farrier, currently only shod front feet.

Hacks alone and in company.

Flora has been slowly produced with her future in mind, she was bold whilst on the hunting field and took on everything that was asked of her, good with ditches, water etc, will stand quietly on the box or in company.

Her education continued after a break to mature, she has been schooled on the flat to produce a nice test, she is confident Show Jumping and at her last ODE she flew round the Cross County, this was something she thoroughly enjoyed.

Snaffle mouthed, jumping confidently at 80/90cm with huge scope.

A future superstar, sadly my daughter hasn’t got the time to further her education, we feel Flora is now at the stage for anyone to go out and have fun, she would make a brilliant pony club pony, very easy to deal with on the ground.

Flora would suit a competitive teenager or a Pony club/hunting home.

Five star knowledgeable home is a must for this special pony.

Flora is definitely a star of the future.

Fit, sound and currently hunting.

Owned for nearly 3 years and has taken my daughter from jumping 80cm to clear round Cornbury PT BE105. He is a cross country dream machine.

Previously owned by 2 families, who are his biggest fans, where he flew round the Tetrathlon Pony Club Championships.

Heartbreaking sale of our amazing pony who has been hopelessly outgrown.

Eddie is a Welsh x TB 14 hand 10 year old bay gelding. We have had him for 3 years. He came to us with low mileage and my daughter has done so much on him and had so much fun. He is a wonderful character, a pleasure to have on the yard and gets on with everyone, both four legged and two!

He has done:

  • BS to Junior Newcomers
  • Senior PC stay away camp
  • PC eventing
  • Welsh Home Pony - SJ and Derby
  • Arena Eventing
  • Endless local shows
  • Has hunted with previous home

Eddie has 3 correct paces and is not strong. Eddie competes at 80-100 but has the scope to go bigger with the right lightweight rider, he loves cross country and would be a great eventer! Eddie loves hacking and hacks alone or in company but is better in front as he can get excited behind! In the field he likes company and gets a bit worried if he is left alone. He currently has a Shetland called Daisy as a companion who could go with him by separate negotiation. In bad weather he does live in at night.

He is good to handle in every way, clip (he is currently in his woolies as his workload has reduced), load (we have travelled him in a trailer and a 3.5 ton forward facing lorry) and farrier (currently fully shod). He has no lumps or bumps. Up to date with teeth and vaccinations.
Eddie has a long stride and we considered taking him up to seniors as he likes the horse striding and his JMB measurement means he could go up but we haven't as my daughter is just too big for him.

He would be ideal for a small teenager or lightweight adult and/or a second pony, he is not for novices and needs a confident rider as he can buck when excited and has reared on occasion when faced with something he doesn't like but these are very few and far between. Happy to discuss this further and give examples. He loves cross country and his trainer has said he'd be a good FEI prospect due to his speed and scope but my daughter doesn't do XC.

Eddie is currently on lease from our yard with a 12 year old who has come out of a riding school and he is teaching her the ropes, regularly jumping 90/1m. Consequently, I'm not in a rush to sell him and will only sell him to the best 5* home. Please do not get in touch if you are looking for a foot perfect pony as although Eddie is amazing and has so much scope, he can be cheeky.

He will be sold with a full and substantial wardrobe, including bridle and saddle. Endless videos available on request.
