Woody 15.3hh/ 16hh, 8 year old gelding who is fit and ready to go!
Woody 8 year old ottb gelding, completely retrained and has been off the track for nearly 4 years.
Woody is a lovely boy to have around on the yard, a good mover as well as a good looker!! He schools correctly showing three nice paces, side-passes, holds an outline etc and pops a jump sensibly and safely. He is also good to catch, clip and shoe.
He currently lives out and comes in during bad weather/ night time and is more than happy to be stabled.
Woody is a big horse and will try his luck however but once told he knows his place.
His only quirk is he has been known to become attached and buddy sour toward mares, so ideally I would like him to go to a home without mares and be out with geldings.
He is an absolute dope on a rope and at his previous home was a children's pony! And would be ridden by children bareback in a headcollar and even taught a small girl how to ride.
Reason for sale is that he's just not happy at my current yard due to the amount of mares that surround him and it making him a stress head.
Up to date on wormer, farrier, dentist, tetanus and flu etc.
