Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Entry: 

1. By submitting your entry into the HorseQuest 2014 Free Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The Prize Draw will run from 24th August 2014 until 1st September 2014. All entries must be received within this time and by midnight on the 1st September 2014. Any entries received after this date will be invalid. Winners will be selected at random.

3. Entry restrictions:  The Prize Draw is only open to those that are 18 years old or over. Employees of the promoter will not be eligible to win a prize. Only one entry may be submitted per person. Duplicate entries will be invalid.

4. Notification of successful applicants: Winners will be notified via email in the first instance by midnight on the 2nd September 2014. All entrants must ensure they provide a valid email address and must be contactable on the same email address used for entry. If the applicant fails to respond by Thursday 4th September 2014 they will forfeit their right to claim the prize and the promoter (HorseQuest) may at its discretion choose an alternative entrant in accordance with these terms and conditions.

5. The Promoter will not be responsible for the non-receipt of any entry and cannot be held liable for system failures on Facebook or Twitter or for any failure by third parties to fulfil their obligations or for any acts or omissions outside the control of the Promoter.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, or to withdraw the HorseQuest Free Prize Draw altogether for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

7. The Promoter’s decision is final in connection with all matters arising from HorseQuest Free Prize Draw and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this competition or the prizes offered.

8. The competition prize: Winners will be selected and prizes (as listed in the competition description) allocated at random

9. This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and in the event of any dispute the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

10. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter.

11. By submitting your entry you acknowledge that the Promoter is collecting personal data from you and that this will be used to determine your entry and keep you informed of future promotions and news from HorseQuest and the companies offering prizes. If you do not wish to be kept up to date with such news and future promotions please email STOP to win@horsequest.co.uk. Please note that your data will not be sold onto any third parties.
