Fantastic PC pony, very sadly outgrown.

Tiko is a 14.1hh (142 LHC), 17yo (2008) Welsh Sec D, who has been there, done that, and won many, many rosettes on the way. He’s very well known on the Scottish PC circuit, and has many fans wherever he goes. He is looking for his next wee jockey or would equally thrive as a fabulous best friend for a lightweight adult or M/D share.

He’s a SJ superstar, really looks after his rider. Previously competed at 1m+ but now happier at 90cm or below. He’s done all PC activities including many stay away camps and competitions. He’s BE registered, and has done BE80 with ease. He’s been on the Scottish Tetrathlon team for the Junior Internationals at Moreton Morrell. He’s even proven his ability as a brilliant horseback archery pony! He can get excited when going XC or hunting, so isn’t a first pony for this reason, but with a confident rider, he’s brilliant fun. Great to hack, will nanny nervous/youngsters, usually on the buckle.

He’s easy to do in all ways, he’s happy to live out 24/7, or be stabled at night, and he’s turned out with both mares and geldings. He loads and travels perfectly in a trailer or lorry. He falls asleep for the farrier! However, he isn’t a big fan of the vet or being clipped.

He’s up to date with vaccs, teeth, worming etc, and we’re happy to share his full vet history. He's just passed a 5 stage vetting, but sadly the sale fell through (no fault of Tiko's!)

He comes with an extensive wardrobe. A great fitting Cavaletti saddle (only 2 yrs old) also available by negotiation. He will only go to the best 5* home, and we, and previous owners, would like to stay in touch with this much loved pony.

Many more photos and videos on request.

Cracker has been with us for almost 2 years, since my daughter was 9.

He has taught her a lot but it is clear that he takes confidence from his rider and requires an older child/teenager or even a small adult who will ride him forwards. He has never bucked or reared but can become sharp and spooky, especially if the rider is tense or going into the ring.

With my daughter he has done pony club rallies and shows, fun rides, xc schooling, arena hires, dressage competitions and they are currently leading the Area 14 unaffiliated dressage league.

Our instructor has competed him successfully this spring, winning the 80cm combined training at West Wilts and coming 2nd show jumping. Previously he has competed very successfully at dressage and eventing (winning 80 and 90cm classes) and with the right rider I am sure he would do this again.

He is an excellent hunting pony and loves fun hacks hopping over hedges with friends, either in front or behind. He is great to hack although does worry about larger traffic if he is by himself. He is easy to look after, great to clip, shoe, box etc.

12hands, aged 13 gelding well bred Welsh Section A.

Has done all PC activities and hunted.

A super sweet boy who we bought a week before Pony Club Camp last year and has embraced everything. Hacks alone or in company not phased by busy traffic. He has a super movement so may suit a showing home. We have attended lots of local shows and all pony club events both on and off the lead rein. Can be nervous when ponies rush behind him so for that reason we are looking for a knowledgable home either on the lead rein or a 2nd ridden.. Super easy to do in every way but sadly looking for a new home due to my daughter moving on to another pony.

Hundreds of videos and photos. Up to date with everything. Tack included ( a recently fitted Arena Saddle)

Top Class HOYS Potential - Ultimate Allrounder

Gurnos Dolly Day Dream

13hh registered WPB 6yo mare.

Dolly has so much potential on the flat and jumping - she has been carefully produced by children and professionally schooled regularly by an adult who started her off correctly as a 4yo (2023).

Dolly has all the makings to be a top junior pony for workers/SHP. She is a super smart, flashy pony. Dolly is regularly competed by a 9yo confident novices at 50/60cm, she is super safe and never stops. Complete genuine pony who always tries her heart out.

Dolly is also ridden by a 12yo more knowledgeable rider who schools her over 80/90cm and currently competing in 70/75cm but showing so much scope and talent in this sphere. We also take her out to unaffiliated dressage where Dolly is always consistently placed scoring high 60’s low 70’s in prelim tests - Beautifully put together pony with super paces. Always loved by the judges and complimented on her looks at shows.

Dolly is a fun and reliable pony - can be hacked out by anyone. Completely adaptable to any rider, bombproof in the heaviest of traffic, safe in open spaces for a canter and goes through water.

Very much a mothers dream type- eye catching and genuine in all ways

Saddest sale of our absolute dream little pony, due to being outgrown!

Purchased from friend as an unbroken project and she’s taken my daughter from just being off lead rein to winning “Chase me Charlie” to 1m 30, learning together along the way in the 4 1/2yrs we have had her.

She is good to catch, load (occasionally just needs a lunge line clipped to the sides, but causes no inconvenience. Good for the farrier (has front shoes) and the dentist

Never been sick, sorry or lame and never had lamanitis - open to vetting

Not a great lover of being clipped, but we are quite novice at managing this.

My 13year old daughter manages leading her in a chifney to and from the fields safely, as she can be rude and bolshy if you don’t have the chifney on her.

Excellent to tie up, tack and stand to be groomed.

Brilliantly behaved at shows and given my daughter a really good name with their eye catching performances on our local circuit.

Excellent show jumper, Barrel Racer, cross country and hunting pony. This little mare will try her heart out for you.

Absolute heartbreaking sale, but we already have our next horse and struggling to find the time .. and just sadly she’s been outgrown and ready to provide another child with lots of years of fun.

Have given an open honest review of my little girl as really want the best home for her.

Please feel free to contact me with any further questions

  • Superb Allrounder - BS, Pony Club, NSEA, ODEs, PC Dressage, Hunted, PC Racing, Polo

Coloured mare, 16YO, 13.1HH (could possibly measure down, but we started off not pursuing BS, so never invested time on topic.)

Sweetie ("Sweetie Heart") is the perfect all rounder pony, extremely versatile, performing well at show jumping, eventing, dressage, hunting, BS, Pony Club and NSEA, pony racing at Cheltenham and even some beginner polo with the Beaufort Polo Club. She recently won the British Showjumping Bronze League in the South West region.

My son loves show jumping and Sweetie has been the perfect schoolmaster to take him up from unaffiliated 60cm up the grades to affiliated 85cm, but sadly he has now outgrown her. She is very genuine. She is safely forward and fun, with excellent brakes. She has proven to be fast against the clock, mainly owing to her ability to turn on a sixpence without unbalancing her jockey and forever willing to help him out to get to the finish line. My son regularly competed straight out of boarding school and is not the bravest of riders, but they have brought home countless rosettes and numerous qualifications and he has formed a strong bond with this super little pony. I have always stopped him competing over 85cm affiliated, but have watched her pop 1m15 Chase me Charlie!

One Day Eventing - she loves cross country and will happily jump into water, over coffins, trakehners, skinnies, whatever is asked of her and easily makes the time. She produces a lovely dressage test, placed in the PC Dressage Championships, and is easy to get on the bit and into a nice rhythm. She is well schooled and ridden regularly by a small pro. He hasn’t done a lot of ODEs on her, but has always been placed. She was 3rd individually at Rectory Farm ODE 70cm 2023 with 73% Dressage (against adults - same course as the PC Champs, following day); Shipton Moyne Beaufort Pony Club ODE, Team 2nd. He has regularly schooled her over 80/85cm.

She has hunted with the VWH and jumped everything asked of her. My son has done a few lessons at the Beaufort Polo Club and she was unfazed, sharp off the leg, and loved every minute of it!

She has been incredibly well cared for with us, without exception, including regular worming, vaccinations, dentistry, physio and is healthy and sound. She is easy to clip, shoe, worm, lunge, lead off / lead (even off a bicycle, responding beautifully to canter, wow, etc.). I'm looking for a home who are set up and able to ensure her cherished lifestyle continues as deserved. Company and all year turn out is important to me personally as something all our horses enjoy.

Open to vetting. Based near Chippenham / Malmesbury, Wiltshire.

Vices - she is not a pony that loves to be fussed and cuddled. No malice and never bites or kicks, just prefers her own space. She prefers to travel with another (does not like trailers), though we have regularly taken her to shows alone, including stay-overs.

I would love to keep this pony forever as we all adore her, so this will be a heartbreaking sale for us, but my son has definitely outgrown her. She needs a new jockey to take her reins and have some fun! The home is very important to us and will be vetted. We would love to keep in touch. Please no amateurs, she is a competition pony.

Pumpkin is a gorgeous, talented and kind pony with top class sport pony breeding to match.

She has been in the same home since a 3 year old. She is regularly out competing with great success at pony club, dressage, arena eventing, SJ, Cotswold Cup ODEs etc.

She is a rosette machine, endlessly scopey, bold and uncomplicated with a real ‘can do’ attitude to everything we have ever asked. Would easily affiliate. She is an absolute pleasure for a child to handle and take out to shows.

She is excellent to hack, in open spaces and in traffic.

She is more of a second pony as she is forward going, but is always ridden in a bendy rubber snaffle and isn't silly or strong.

Plenty of pictures and videos available. No time wasters please, this is a very sad sale of a much loved pony.

Based in Herefordshire with excellent trial facilities.

Perdita's Jazz Man aka 'Soli' is a fully registered, full up 42 inch (10.2hh) standard shetland gelding.

We have owned Soli for over 3 years, during which time he has done a bit of everything including; Showjumping, Pony Club, Hacking, Trips to the gallops, Camps and stay away shows. Soli would be best suited to a home where he gets to do plenty of different things, he will get bored if ridden in the school every day and likes to do plenty of hacking to break up the school work.

Soli's ideal home would be with a confident, fun loving rider who is looking for a fun best friend to enjoy. Whilst Soli has been ridden by beginners and lead rein and is perfectly safe, he doesn't enjoy this full time and loves the chance to go faster with someone more competent. With this in mind, he would also be well suited to a family with children of varying ages.

Soli is always ridden in a snaffle and is used to hacking in big open spaces as well as in all kinds of traffic. He can do the occasional excitable hop if doing something exciting but is never dangerous. You can give him a month off and hop straight back on as if he were ridden yesterday.

Sad sale of a much loved member of our family but he is now very much outgrown and deserves to be loved by his next family. We are in no rush, only the best home will be considered for our special boy.

Welsh section C on a green book full breeding recorded. Still green in the school however flatwork is coming on lovely.

Has 3 balanced paces and would produce a nice dressage test. In the year we have owned him my Daughter has hacked him for miles he has seen all traffic and farm machinery, great in open spaces.

Had regular lessons, Been out to arena hires, clinics and unaffiliated SJ competitions placing every time in 60/70 classes however schools higher at home. Currently Ridden in a hanging cheek with lozenge. Not suitable as a 1st pony / novice due to age and can be forward going / strong when jumping. He can become sharp, especially when entering the ring and due to his age would benefit from an older experienced child / teenager to send him forwards.

He is typically welsh and needs a sensitive competent rider who he can take confidence from.

Good to load, shoe and clip. Sometimes needs a treat to be caught. Up to date with vaccinations and teeth. Hundereds of videos available on request.

Sad sale of a fabulous pony, who has the scope and potential to go far.

12 years old piebald traditional cob mare. She would make a fabulous companion, pet and lead rein pony!

She has a passport and microchip, she is fully vaccinated for flu and tetanus. She’s up to date with teeth, farrier and worming.

I rescued her two years ago with a young foal at foot, she was in a bad way when I found her but is now unrecognisable in every sense from the horse that came to me.

She is such a special little soul and I will only let her go to the perfect home, after everything she has been through in her life before I found her, I need to know that she has found a home for life.

I ride her in walk and trot and she is a very quiet and steady ride. But unfortunately I am too tall (I am 5ft10) to progress her ridden work any further. I have however been teaching my nieces to ride on her, the twins are 6 and the eldest is 10 and all three are complete beginners. She has proven to be a brilliant lead rein pony and is very patient with them, it has been so lovely to see her looking after them.

I do have her bitless and am more than happy to explain why to anyone that is interested in her. She is very well mannered and good to handle. She happily lives in or out.

I won’t sell her unseen and homes will be vetted. She deserves to find her forever where she will be safe and loved for the rest of her days. I am in absolutely no rush, just patiently waiting for her special person to find us. And in the meantime I will continue to teach my nieces on her.

No dealers, time wasters, no loans or payment plans. Forever homes only please. Serious enquiries only.

Based East Riding of Yorkshire

I am very busy at the minute so messages are preferred, if I think you sound suitable phone calls can be scheduled.

Blue is a lovely boy with impeccable manners and a kind nature. He’s excellent in traffic, loads easily, stands patiently to be washed, snaffle — never strong or silly.

He’s the steady, reliable type with more push than pull — not a whizzy ride, but a safe and consistent partner. Blue hacks out alone or in company, and can be ridden straight from the field, leaving his friends behind, never any napping, bucking, or rearing.

He is currently ridden by my 10-year-old and has done pony club, NSEA show jumping, beach rides, hounds and driven. He has a lovely, steady canter and can happily be a lead rein or novice ride, but also steps up when asked.

You can ride him in all weathers — wind and rain doesn't bother him, he remains calm and focused. He’s impeccably behaved at shows and never gets wound up; he knows his job and does it well.

We’re looking for a loving home for this very special boy who truly enjoys his work.

‘MERLIN’ as he’s known in the stable is a stunning 135cm Welsh gelding that really does have it all.

He’s a string chap that has been in the same home for the last 10 years and full history known.

Merlin has competed successfully to 1.05m bs, has also competed successfully in mounted games on numerous occasions. Merlin loves to go cross country and no jump is too big for this little trier!

Although Merlin has done all the buzzy activities, he will also step down and teach a novice child without getting hot or strong, he’s brilliant with the children and is a real gent to do in absolutely every way possible.

Fabulous dressage and PC pony

  • Welsh Section B

  • Fantastic dressage pony
  • Perfect hack done all PC

A beautiful Welsh section B chestnut gelding (green passport). Sonny is a beautiful natured, talented dressage pony, who we purchased to help my daughter develop her flat work, which he has done above and beyond.

My daughter had transitioned off a kick kick first pony, and had never ridden in a contact before.

We have concentrated on lessons/ training/clinics.., however we have been out to dressage, and show jump competitions, showing shows, PC rallys, xc and BS training academy. Sonny has a great pop on him, and my daughter has grown in confidence jumping bigger fences.

Sonny was registered BD with his previous owner and qualified for 5 national championships in 6 months! A real red rosette machine. They would love to keep in touch and follow his journey.

Sonny has also done all pony club activities and camps, stay aways (hickstead sunshine tour)

Whilst Sonny really has a talent for Dressage and this was our main reason for purchase, he has proven to be a wonderful allrounder for my daughter to have a crack at everything.

He has been the perfect pony for her to handle all alone without any assistance from an adult. He is solely handled by my 12 year old daughter In every way from turnout/bringing in. Tacking up , mounting. He is a safe hack alone and in company and the first pony I let her hack out alone with no stress from me!!

He will stay in a steady rhythmical canter out hacking, no more,no less, unless you ask. Will be equally happy to hack on the buckle.

Whilst Sonny is a safe pony, he is more of a second pony and not suitable for a small child just off the lead rein. He has taken my daughter from quite a nervous rider to the confident/competent rider she is today.

This is an extremely sad and premature sale, due to daughter making the Shetland pony racing team, and show jumping commitments taking up the rest of the year.

Luna needs a confident, sympathetic rider. She is forward and responsive on the leg and will try hard for you. We have taken her out to many places, the beach, country parks, pony games training (beginner level), day camps, overnight camps, has done working hunter.

She can be a little nervous/excited when going out at the beginning but calms down after she's had a good look around and gets going, she's keen to get on with the job, enjoys it and is bold. She has currently only been doing small 40cm jumps, mainly flatwork.

She could excel at hunting as she enjoys being out on hacks and exploring, I would say this is her favourite thing to do is go out and explore. She is good in light traffic. Will load well with encouragement, not spooky or stressed. Good for farrier and children grooming. Good on the ground.

Yes, she does have some vices- not a fan of tractors but hasn't really seen many, the ones we have seldom seen have been very large.

Not overly keen on bathing, not nasty, just wishes I wouldn't spray her with cold water!

In the stable has always been her private space, just makes marish faces at you.

Dotty is a lovely lil pony who will step up to fast paced life, loves pony racing (has one more season in her) and will do a nice round of jumping too. She will also step down to the slower pace when asked.
She has entered a couple of dressage tests (coming first last year) and second just last week (May 2025)

She is currently in a paddock with my baby Connie and they get along really well often seen grooming each other

She is hacked out once a week and then arena work once a week currently as we are busy with new racing pony and baby Connie. Dotty is the same whether ridden every day or twice a month. She is easy going and a fairly good doer.

We feed her a small feed of pasture mix and chaff twice a day (only because we are feeding up the other two) and she looks well on that.

We usually give her 6 weeks off at some point in a year (usually winter) but this year has been early spring due to our other pony commitments. She lunges well and is ridden straight away after these breaks. She’s the same as before her break really.

Dotty is perfect on lead rein for unbalanced or loud small children (our 5 year old) and great for our confident daughter (her sole pony from ages 8-10) who has done all the above with her

I wouldn’t say she’s a first ridden though as she does step off quickly and stick her head up

This has never bothered my daughter much as after a bit of a fast walk will let her breath out and relax within 5 mins

See videos all taken within the last few weeks :)
She is up to date with vaccines back and teeth and has farrier on 29th May :) resy to go and have some fun this summer

The only “maintenance” I do as she’s older is plenty of stretches (she’s super flexible and can touch her nose right round to her ribs to catch a carrot both sides) and her hamstrings I stretch out before and after each ride. She has an “old age” supplement in her feed each morning so she’s healthy and well :)

Hilin venetia (Beebe) is a sweet natured section B whom we’ve had now for 4 year’s. In that time she has been to pony club camps, qualified NSEA SJ, qualified hunter trials (for Eland Lodge), competed in ODE and pony club winter league, showing and attended fun rides.

She’s super sweet and can stand to be fussed over with brushing etc.

She is now outgrown and ready to party over the summer with another rider.

She has a green passport. On a stick she measures within 128cm.

Unfortunately the time has come to find Cheeto a new jockey. He is an 11 year old 11.2hh chestnut gelding with no recorded breeding.

We have owned him for the past 2 and a half years and he is my youngest daughter’s pride and joy. She has done everything with him. He is a proper little all rounder from doing ODE, SJ, XC schooling, pony club camp, PC rallies, beach rides & the gallops. He is confident up to 60cm.

He is the character of the yard being a typical cheeky pony but is always handled and cared for by my daughter.

This is a very sad sale purely due to being outgrown and he is too good a pony and too young to become a field ornament. He is not a novice ride so definitely more of a second pony. He is very responsive to the leg and forward to ride. Not a kick along. He is not naughty just quite strong for a little pony and takes some getting used to.

He schools nicely in all 3 paces. He is great to hack alone and in company and is happy to lead the ride unfazed by traffic, sheep, tractors etc. He can also be easily led from another horse if needed and is not bothered by sticking to their side.

He is currently barefoot and copes fine without shoes. His perfect to load, clip, trim, bath & groom all done by my daughters.

Up to date with jabs & teeth. No vices and comes with all tack & rugs.
