Chester has been with me over 18 months, I bought him straight from Ireland as a 2 year old, he has been well handled and is great on the ground, grooming, leading, catching, loading, with the farrier, vet, dentist and has seen all heavy farm machinery, absolutely nothing fazes him.

He has an expressive uphill movement, with flare and an athletic elegant presence, he moves beautifully in all paces, he has super clean limbs and is as solid as a rock, he has plenty of bone and will produce into a fantastic super safe weight carrying cob with oodles of class.

Chester was bought as a unbroken youngster when horses were extremely hard to find, he has been turned out in order to grow and mature, we have recently introduced him to our extremely busy riding school, he settled immediately without any problems, unfortunately due to clientele dropping within the riding school over the winter period we are reducing stock this is the only reason for his sale.

He has a super sweet nature who loves a cuddle, he has so much potential to excel in any equine sphere he hasn’t been messed around with, so a blank canvas for someone to put their own stamp on. He is super willing and is now ready to further his education with someone who has more time.

Chester has grow into something very special, the world is his oyster to turn his hoof to any discipline.

Red - Full Irish Draught Standing at approx 16.2 hh. 4 years old. Breeding - by Devils Punchbowl (Crannagh Hero) out of a Westmeathe Lad Dam.

I originally purchased Red direct from Ireland as a 3 year old. There he had been backed for about 6 weeks and done a days hunting. After some good grass over winter Red has been professionally restarted this summer and bought on slowly, proving very straightforward. This was to ensure he didn’t have any gaps in his education. He completed the Young Horse Programme at Hanna Walton Equestrian, trained using natural horsemanship methods and he has a great foundation.

Red requires a kind, experienced home as he is of course still very green and takes confidence from his handler. He is an extremely quick learner and I know in time will be the perfect allrounder.

Red is fully vaccinated, has just had his teeth done, has great feet (barefoot) and is brilliant with the vet and farrier. He is a good doer (lives on fresh air) and loves his food. No vices. He has been out hacking and has seen traffic. Happily lives in or out.

He has travelled in a 3.5 and 7.5 tonne lorry but does require some practice with this. Red has had two small sarcoids successfully removed via laser, they were on the underside of his tummy, not near girth line.

Sadly due to my lack of time and facilities I am now selling him from the field. Finding the perfect person for him is my main priority.

We purchased Mac at 13months old. During his time with us, he has been shown lightly in-hand and has qualified for TOYS and behaved impeccably.

He travels well, is good with the farrier and the vet and is all up to date with all, worming, vaccinations and teeth. He has recently had his wolf teeth removed. He has seen farm machinery but hasn't been out on the busy roads. Mac has a very calm and sweet disposition and would make a lovely family horse. He is barefoot.

He is responsive to voice commands and has done quite a bit of groundwork. He comes to call and is easy to catch. He loves a bath and will stand all day to be groomed. Mac currently lives out 24/7 is a good doer with access to a field shelter but has been stabled on occasions. He has been clipped before and is currently hogged and had feathers taken off .

Mac is currently 15hh but is still a little bum high so he may have more growing to do. He has had tack on and has been ridden in walk around the field and down the lane and has been perfect.

He is now ready for someone to continue his education. Only for sale as teenage daughter has given up horses.
