Cobby is a fantastic all-rounder, he’s done fun rides, showjumping shows and cross-country schooling. He loves hacking, is excellent in traffic, and enjoys being out and about.

He thrives on regular work, is forward-going in the arena, and loves jumping. He has been out hunting a few times and would excel in a hunting home.

Cobby is a good doer, and gets along well with others in the field.

Cobby needs a confident rider and is not suitable for a complete novice.

Lily, 14.1hh, 13 years, skewbald cob who oozes presence. She has a beautiful genuine and kind nature inside and out.

She is like a rubber ball with her versatility, whether that be stepping up for a more mature rider or meandering along on the lead rein. She really is a jack of all trades.

Lily has been in light work for the past two years enjoying on and off hacking due to owners business commitments, and has now been brought back into full work and is doing fantastically. She has too much talent to go to waste.

Previously, she has been out to some local dressage shows, and had been training at home at medium level. She excels in dressage and although she has a little experience in jumping, she is capable of doing more. She is light in the contact and will stop when asked, but also doesn’t require a lot of leg either.

She is bombproof in traffic and will hack out alone or in company on the buckle, (sometimes needing some reassurance when alone). She will happily canter in an open field, infront or behind without any silliness. She isn’t spooky and has no vices, she can be forward but is very safe and reliable. She has been in the same home for the last 10 years, and is much loved. She has always been unshod and is good with the farrier, to clip, travel and for the dentist.

All vaccinations up to date.

Mazzy is the calmest, considerate horse who always takes care of her riders. Ridden by all level riders from complete beginners who have never sat on a horse before to advanced riders both children and adults.

Tonnes of experience and unbelievably safe. Ideal for a beginner, nervous rider or a rider who wants to progress and have some fun, she is super steady, calm and gentle in everyway, she is super chilled but not a plod, even though she is super safe, she responds to the leg and has 3 excellent paces. She is extremely willing and will do anything you ask, pops a course of fences or logs when out hacking. she walks, trots and canters incorporating figures of 8, 3 and 4 loop serpentines beautifully.

She is a fantastic all-rounder.

This is a really fantastic horse for anyone to build up their confidence, learn to ride or continue to progress on.
Definitely a 1st and 2nd horse.

She really is a true kids horse, mother daughter / son share, mature lady, she looks after the smallest of riders along with bigger adults as she has plenty of bone, she is fantastic at teaching kids and adults how to walk trot, canter and jump, she has spent the last 2 years doing just this.

Exceptional mare with tonnes of experience for sale. Has spent the last 2 yrs in the same riding school where she has been ridden by complete novice, intermediate and advanced riders both children and adults. She has done all flat work lessons, privates and groups, with the same enthusiasm now as when she first started her riding school career. She is very genuine and loves to hack out, she doesn’t pull, rush, spook or get nervous of anything, she is the most loving mare you could ever wish to meet. She is one of the favourite with our SEN children and adults, she participates in all our RDA lessons, hacks and stable management sessions.


Absolutely no vices, when ridden, in the stable or in the fields she has brilliant manners enabling anyone to handle her safely and with ease, will stand for hours with no head collar or lead rope being groomed, she comes to a call from the field, no head collar needed, she follows you round the yard like a puppy dog and absolutely loves attention being groomed, bathed, patted and spoilt.

She has exceptional manners and ticks so many boxes for someone looking for a very safe easy Schoolmistress, with no ifs or buts.

She will hack out alone or in company in the heaviest of traffic without batting an eye lid, we are in an extremely built-up area so she has seen double decker buses, articulated lorries, tractors all heavy farm machinery.
She is 100% safe, steady and collected when ridden in all paces across open fields, regardless of whether she is at the front, middle, back of the ride or on her own, she will not rush or pull even on the way home.

She rides in a Snaffle, she has absolutely no gadgets. You can ride her bareback in a head collar and lead rope in all paces and have absolute full control.

She lives out in a mixed herd but is equally happy to be stabled, she keeps herself to herself and never causes any trouble despite being out with 30 other horses.
She is currently barefoot and has excellent manners with the farrier and could be shod if needed. She ties up anywhere, and loves attention.
She is excellent to catch, with the farrier and dentist.

She would give confidence to any rider/ handler and would love to return back to compete at riding club level show, fun/beach rides as this is what she did prior to working in the riding school.

She can go for months without work then be tacked up and ridden without any fuss, she is extremely low maintenance, she maintains her weight all year round on grass and hay and Haylage during the winter months.
She has never been lame, sick or sorry she has never had laminitis, sarcoids or sweetish.

In the past 2yrs I can honestly say she has never been lame, sick or sorry, she has passed the riding school annual inspections with flying colours, this is equivalent to a stage 2 vetting.

Looking for a five star private home to give someone the opportunity to purchase a safe and very sensible horse, with so much to offer.
