Brewhouse Rosston aka Sherlock
Rising 4 yr old Gelding by Josethdene and with a pedigree including none other than HOYS Pony Supreme Champion and Reserve Champion Cuddy Inhand - Stirlingdene (son of Fyfedene) as well as Balmoral Dee.
Expected to make 14hh+ (stands at just over 13.3hh now).
Sherlock is a correct, straight and free moving young pony with a very bright future ahead of him. He has been allowed to mature slowly and has started with basic groundwork over the the last few weeks. He picks up cues with ease and is a fast learner. He is now ready to further his education and is a blank canvas.
He is a very sweet boy who absolutely loves attention. He leads very well and is excellent for the farrier. Up to date with vaccs and teeth (no sedation required).
Before joining me he had been living in a herd environment growing up naturally on condensation grazing and because of this he already happily crosses bridges, jumps streams/ditches etc and is very sure footed and confident.
Sherlock is going to excel in the show ring and I have no doubt he will turn his hoof to most disciplines as with his sire and siblings. We feel he will not only excel on the flat but in workers classes also, and will suit most adults and confident juniors, so he could be a great prospect for junior classes in the future.
