Beautifully bred, stunning, intelligent young pony with a fantastic future ahead of him. He was lightly shown as a yearling with great success, taking reserve champion at Hambleton and behaving like a pro at big shows. He takes everything in his stride, loves a job, loves an adventure, loves people! He is bound to do well in a competition home, whether kept entire (he is not coltish) or gelded.

Obviously with his breeding and his FIS clear status, he has huge potential as a stallion. He has also impressed us with his jump on a few occasions! He will happily live in or out. He has wintered out on hay and he looks perfect for heading into spring. Lovely silky feather. Loads and travels fine.

Vaccinated and wormed. Ready to go out and party!

A 5* home is sought for this little diamond. This is a sad sale: I really wanted to keep him for my daughter but I am struggling for space with entires and fillies and he’s half brother to my beautiful stallion.

Offered for sale at this price to reflect that he’s woolly (as he should be) and he’s in the least photogenic stage of his life. The first two photos are from last summer. The video is a few weeks ago.

Well handled colt available for sale due to change in life circumstances, through absolutely no fault of his own.

Fredrick has had a good start to life, never pushed, but been well cared for. Currently away at winter grazing in Aberdeenshire.

Shown at local level and County Agricultural Show where he won at both outings. Easy to do/bath, good to handle, loads no problem into trailer (never tried lorry). FIS CLEAR, eligible for his stallion license which he will get no problem. Would be an asset to any breeding operation, or a HOYs workers prospect, which was my intention for him. Moves well and has good action. Happily shares a field with geldings or other colts, spent last summer with friends colts/stallions in a small group and coped well. Happy to leave his friends and isn't a 'shouter' when he does. Leads up really nicely. Used to rope halter, normal head collar and rope, or a rope with chain if you think you need it.

I will be really sad to see him go, I had really big plans for him, but life has changed and I can't accommodate him.
