Vince is a much loved 12.1hh 18 years young Welsh section B. He’s been ridden by my daughter since she was a total beginner at 5 on the lead rein then off with no issues at all, he has been the best first pony.

He is forward but safe never bucked bolted reared napped etc. and always in a snaffle and always has brakes! Has been ridden on the lead rein by younger disabled daughter and been bombproof with her too. Great to hack on his own or in a group, great in the school and will pop round a small course of jumps.

Has been an active member of the pony club and regularly attends rallies and been loads of local shows over the last 2 years with loads of placing in showing and jumping, qualifying for 3 showing classes at the sunshine tour and has done regional dressage champs in previous home.

He has never been sick or sorry and is easy to do in all ways. This is a heartbreaking sale of a much loved pony who has plenty to give and teach his next little person.

  • Welsh Sec A palamino

  • More whoa than go.

This pony will be best suited to competent children 8, 9 or 10yrs upwards. On the ridden aspect, he is good on lead rein with tiny tots or off lead rein, is happy doing either job. He is willing and responsive without being overly sensitive if a young rider is a bit wobbly. We have also had a beginner child learn to ride on him. He is good to hack, lunge, games, jump and happily tolerates fancy dress things on his head or body. He will trot or plop over poles or small fences with a little jockey or easily jump bigger fences with an older forward riding jockey.
He has lovely paces, easy canter for a child to learn on. Is more kick than pull although he does respond to the leg but is not sharp off the leg nor sharp to ride. Not spooky at all.
What he is not:- on the ground to handle, he is not a tiny tots pony. He is not a lovey, kissy pony to be pampered and petted by little tiny tots. He has grown to like being groomed more and appreciates kindness but is not affectionate 'kissy' pony, more of a 'lets get on with the work' lad as he is happiest when being ridden and worked. We tie him up to be groomed or on cross ties in the wash room. He has occasionally tanked off on the headcollar to the field or nearest patch of grass. My grand daughter is a tiny tot 4yr old and we have no older children to keep him worked, consequently he has got bored with us and needs a home where he can do more activities, hack and / or jump.
Good to load, trailer, farrier, dentist, washroom, to catch and around farm vehicles, tractors, etc. I have not clipped him but previous owner said he was good to clip.
Has a lovely soft snaffle mouth.

  • She is such a lovely sweet pony!

Had a great season with my 5year old daughter this year winning lots of rosettes and being a little star looking after her every time out.

She’s dealt with on a daily basis by poppy and Ella who are age 5 and 3. They catch her from the field, lead her around the yard, tie her up and can both safely brush and deal with her. Loaded on and off the box by the kids and will stand quietly all day. Very loving temperament.

Poppy has just starting riding her off the lead on her own and hacks down the tracks with me just walking with her. Still a little green off the lead but very willing and genuine. Open to any vetting.

She has an amazing future ahead of her.

  • 11.1hh registered Section A mare

Lead rein pony. 11.1 registered section A mare, 10 year old.

Lovely pony, however, she is not a FYFR (what we are needing, i feel her heart is being a lead rein).

She has been my daughters pony since she was a wobbly 2 year old but now she is wanting to go off lead and the pony would rather not

Her good points:

  • Fantastic with a tot on the lead
  • Fantastic in stable for the kids.
  •  Will stand all day to be brushed.
  • Never had lami
  • No sweet itch
  • Good to catch
  • Good to clip

Her bad points :

  • With a nervous rider or tiny beginner rider she will nap off the lead, however as you can see from the very novice rider in the video, if they get on and aren't nervous, she will do as she's asked. She only tries it on if she thinks she can.

Charm is A BRP, She is registered 11,1 but we have measured her at 12 hands, 16 years old and has been a showing pony, FR, Lead rein and shown at HOYS.

She took my wobbly unbalanced 4 year old off the lead around jumping courses up to 40cm and he learnt to canter off lead on her . He has done FR classes on her when he was 4 and always placed highly as he managed to always get canter on both reins, She is completely voice command and very easy to get in to canter. She is forward going but safe! Also great on the lunge

she has also done games but she is a moody mare and needs to know her team mates 1st..

On the ground charm is not charming around food, So I never let Oscar near her in this environment. Great to clip,

She is fabulous to hack and so safe, all the other ponies can canter off and she will stay back if you wanted her to. She is bare foot and lives in or out. also can live by herself or with others

Im selling her as Oscar loves to jump and is now jumping 60 plus on a been there done that jumping pony and will be a few years away from riding charm at that height

We have had "Dinky" eight years and all three of my daughters have ridden her... if I had the option, she wouldn't be going anywhere but kids won't stop growing! Therefore, the right home is essential for this little pony with a big personality.

We have done everything with this pony, to name but a few (on and off the lead rein):
- Hunting
- Pony Club Rallies
- Pony Club Camp
- Dressage Competitions
- SJ - will happily compete upto 60-70 (has been known to win the Chase me Charlie at 1m!)
- Arena Eventing
- Compact Eventing
- Beach Rides
- Mounted Games

Brilliant hacking and hunting.... strides out well so easily keeps up with bigger horses. Will ride and lead also. Is absolutely brilliant in traffic.

Will live out or in (has done both)

Has got brilliant feet... is very happy unshod. Equally is brilliant for the farrier to be shod.

Has no issues being bathed / groomed / mane pulled, etc.

Stands brilliantly to be clipped - kids have regularly clipped her themselves.

Good to load and travel

Dinky is a proper "foot in all four corners" pony so takes up the leg well... my 11 year old has done some mounted games on her over the past 12 months, equally my 6 year old rides her!

This was our first pony and was bred a mile from us so we have known this pony her whole life. As said, we are only selling her as I need the funds and stable space to get a 14.2. It also seems a waste for her to not to have her own full time jockey anymore and she does love to be doing something!

Heart breaking sale of a very loved pony.

Tia is a bay roan 12.2 hh Welsh section B on a green passport – age 17.

Tia has spent the past 3 years with us teaching my now 11-year-old twins the ropes.

She hacks out on and off lead rein, has done pony club rallies, arena hires and xc hires.

Tia jumps xc and show jumps and will jump up to 70 cm but is most comfortable at 50-60 cm.

She has done her job and is now ready to teach the next little person/ persons.

Tia is excellent on the lead rein and loves this type of work, she will show jump, xc and do showing classes all on the lead rein.

She has had children aged 2- 13 years on her and looks after little ones well.

Good in the stable, kids can groom her, pick her feet out, walk round her.

Doesn’t bite or kick.

She is great to load, clip, and for farrier and vet. She is barefoot.

Easy to keep, does have restricted grass in the summer. Lives in at night and out in the day.

She does have some small scaring to her left eye – historic but this doesn’t affect her work.

Has had very mild sweet itch and this was managed with rugs and creams.

Tia is either first ridden on the lead rein or a 1.5 pony.

Can come with wintec adjustable saddle and rugs if required.

Loads of photos and videos available.

5-star home required for my children’s best friend.

Lovely lead rein pony very sadly outgrown, ideal to teach from the very basics to younger children. Has taken 6 year old from first canter on the lunge to jumping small cross pole courses independently and local dressage shows.

More woah than go in the school, but would step up a little with older confident child. Hacked on and off lead rein, has been lead from another horse or on foot. Was previously in a riding school.

Can be cheeky with young handlers on the ground as would like to be eating grass.

Has attended mounted games on lead rein, dressage and shows with local pony club.
Would be a great mounted games pony for confident older rider as he really loves it.

Good to clip, load, shoe etc.

Upto date with vacs, wormer, physio etc.

Crystal - Parford Ali May

After 5 incredible years with this most beautiful, inside and out pony, our time has very sadly come, but only because Crystal is ridiculously outgrow.

Purchased as a rising 7 year old for my then 7 year old daughter, these two have gone from Lead Rein to hacking out alone.

We've done almost everything with Crystal, Fun rides, Hunted, XC, Beach, SJ, Hack, Show. All low level as we aren't the big competition sort.

Crystal is the perfect family pony, fun, forward, laid back, the sweetest nature, the kindest soul with a dash of Dartmoor sass. Heaps of mane and tail, never sick or sorry! Barefoot, excellent to do in all manners.

She loves children and loves to be out and about exploring and doing things. Will hack all day! Stand at shows as quiet as a mouse, loads and travels great. Recently hunted and was a dream. Happy to live out, we stable at night, out during the day.

There are hours and hours of talk I could give on this fabulous pony, she's very much been a huge part of our lives for the last 5.5 years.

Up to date with worming, farrier, dentist, treated with homeopathy.

Millions of photos and videos available on request.

Crystal can come with all her tack and wardrobe, including made measure Show bridle, Saddle, Bareback pad, work bridle, rugs etc.

  • Foxy is one of the kindest ponies around and winnies whenever he sees his little person rider

Foxy is a very safe ideal first pony with a leg in each corner. He was bought in early 2024 for an 8 year old nervous girl as a first off the leading rein pony to give confidence to. He is 13 year old very fine cob, but has no breeding in his passport.

He is a saint in the school and enjoyes hacking round our farm in Buckinghamshire and doens't shy at tractors, machines, dogs etc and is not spookey. He's also an excellent hunting pony. He is happy on or off the leading rein. He's also got a great pop so would suit a mother child share. Foxy loves children and all the attention that anyone is prepared to give him. His only vice is that he's a little greedy.

He goes out every day, but is in at night and does not have laminitis or cushings. He's good to shoe, clip etc.

Totally genuine reason for sale in that we are now looking for something to move forward to do PC activities are a higher level. This has been a very hard decision but we know deep down it is the right one and he is now ready to teach another rider the ropes. He will only go to the best of homes! We have lots of videos available and good trial facilities are available

We love her and we know you will too!!

Pretty Chestnut British Riding 11.2hh 16yr mare. The perfect lead rein pony, first ridden hacker or second pony off lead schooling. She really has been a mother’s dream looking after my 2yr old and 4yr old. My 4yr old brings her in from the field, grooms and picks out her feet on her own.

Formally been a show pony and has literally done it all! But with us she has had a quieter life hacking (due to not having an arena) and teaching my children to ride.

Currently being ridden off lead, hacking, schooling at an arena hire and jumping with a 12 year old.

Currently living out. No previous laminitis or sweet itch. Teeth and vaccines up to date.

SD Sooty Prince aka Finn. Currently standing at 13hh should mature to 13.2hh or above

Rising 4 but please don’t let his age put you off, this boy is an absolute gem and I can’t say enough good things about him.

Finn has just got the best temperament, he is so laid back, my niece puts him out in the field, brings him in and loads him all by herself and he never puts a foot wrong, he’s the type you’d let your nan lead about.

Whilst we’ve been backing Finn we’ve made sure he’s been out and seen anything and everything possible, he’s been showing, dressage, showjumping and even been to the beach. He has never batted an eyelid.

He can be green at times but this is just due to his age, but my niece has been riding him and she manages him fine.

He would suit either a mother daughter share or someone who’s looking for a project to bring on.

He catches, loads and travels well, and he’s good for the farrier and the vet.

Up to date with his feet and vaccinations.

Comes from a really good line of traditionally bred cobs, from SD cobs who are known to have amazing temperaments.

Only selling as I’m trying to downsize how many horses I have because I don’t have the time for all of them anymore.

If you want anymore info or photos/videos please give me a message
