Brought back into work (after 2023 foal) a month or so ago for owner who’s circumstances have now changed

Likes a busy yard and lots of horses around

Good in traffic, not spooky and is a good babysitter but needs to get to know her new area before confidently hacking alone

Busy in the school but has all the moves on the flat easy lateral work and has a change each way was previously schooled AM level but not competed

Have been told she loves to jump and has a BS record and is an absolute machine xc but I’ve not got a jump/gp saddle that fits her atm

Equally could be a broodmare last foaled last year has had a couple of foals but won’t take AI so natural covering only I’m told she’s a fantastic mum

She wasn’t hammered in her competitive life and hasn’t had any issues or maintenance injections that we know of and she’s had the last 4+ years off having babies

I don’t think Abbey minds what she does but she loves to work and be busy

Tigger rides sweetly on the flat and pops over showjumps and cross country fences sweetly, he’s good out hacking and is perfect in open spaces.

Tigger is very affectionate and loves all the fuss and attention he can get, he would suit someone wanting a best friend to have low level fun with.

She’s straight forward to do and deal with.

Shows lots of promise over a fence.

We are going to take her xc schooling as soon as weather allows.

Registered BCPS and purchased at 8 months old from Kevin Reilly, Drum has matured in a small herd so is very used to turnout with mares and geldings. Has now been moved to a yard to start his education, happy to stay in stable and turnout individually. Very settled and quite in new environment.

He is an absolute delight to handle, great to trim feet, groom , load and catch.

Totally unphased when tacking up and waking round the farm, now ready to continue his education. Has seen farm machinery, cars and bicycles.

ran over flat and hurdles, jumps xc jumps, coloured poles and isn’t fazed about the height, doesn’t quicken in or out of a fence just takes it all on his stride .

Hacks alone and in company. Doesn’t get silly, even when his company is behaving like a loon, he will happily walk whilst another jumps about and gallops off. Never strong or silly.

Just a very straight forward chap.

Loves his turnout, and does enjoy being ridden even just a good hack about.

Tj is a smashing 16.2 chesnut Throughbred. He will do anything you put him up to do. He loves cross country and going through fields and jumping he also does like to come back to the arena to do some showjumping.

Tj is so honest and there is not a bad bone in his body. I am very disappointed in having to sell this lovely horse as he has never put a foot wrong and is easy to shoe, box, etc. but I have no time for horses anymore and it would be pity to see such a fine horse go to waist

Due to the sad retirement of my beautiful horse, I am now searching for a steady, trustworthy best friend to enjoy new adventures with. We have a super, kind & knowledgeable family home along with my retired boy, our daughter’s pony & our 2 Shetlands. Our horses are treated as part of our family & receive the absolute best of care & I would be happy to provide references & to keep in touch.

I have ridden for several years & consider myself a knowledgeable & capable rider. However, I am a middle-aged mum who has been mostly out of the saddle over the last four years (due to my horses ongoing health issues) so I am certainly no longer as confident as I used to be! I look forward to enjoying much more sedate adventures nowadays, so I am seeking a laid-back best friend who does not require a fast-paced way of life or need riding most days to remain safe & sane.

We will be enjoying leisurely hacks, attending organised pleasure rides, lots of forest trips & maybe the odd clinic but nothing competitive. I will often be hacking alongside my young daughter on her pony so it is especially important that I find a truly steady, trustworthy type who I can depend on.
Our horses are kept at home with us, so he/she needs to be gentle natured, enjoy attention & be safe to handle on the ground as the children are often around with me.

We live in a rural area & although we generally meet very little traffic, it is likely to be a tractor/farm vehicle, so it is very important that my new horse is trustworthy around this type of traffic. Although I will often hack out with my daughter or friends, I will also be hacking alone at times so he/she must be happy/safe hacking out solo.

I do appreciate that no horse is ‘perfect’ or ‘bombproof’ & I am open to compromise but please do just be honest about any possible known ‘issues’ as I will not buy unseen & would wish to have the horse vetted.

We are based in Norfolk so ideally looking for something in or around East Anglia but would travel further if plenty of info, videos/photos could be provided beforehand. I have a sensible budget & very relaxed & loving forever home for the right horse.
