Top class registered grey rising 4 year old Fell gelding. 12.1hh to finish around 12.2hh

Sire: Murthwaite micheal
Dam: DeepGhyll Dollar

Professionally backed, showing great promise and attitude to his work . He's at the perfect stage to take the next steps in his education and has all the right attributes to go far in the right hands.

Bertie loves attention and is the most adorable, lovable curious nature, he's the kindest pony who just wants to be your best friend. He has presence that makes him stand out in any crowd and beautiful movement, a beautiful Small, well-defined head, unfortunately his feathers have burnt off from living out but he has the most fantastic straight thick feathers when they grow back. It’s impossible not to fall in love with.

I think Bertie has a really exciting future ahead of him but I have to think with my head not my heart as this will be a very sad as owned him from a yearling.

This special boy is ready to start his next chapter with a new jockey. Will live in or out, brilliant to catch comes call, good with the farrier. Absolutely no novices.

Reggie needs no introduction, he is one of the most prolific show highlands having qualified for RI several times over the years, HOYS in 2022, too many other wins to list in hand and under saddle

He is beautifully put together, straight moving and clean limbed

He loves to hack, alone or in company and is good with everything he meets. He pops a jump and is snaffle mouthed so has the potential to do a nice dressage test

He loves a cuddle and a fuss, is good to lead, catch, load and travel, clip and shoe, excellent stable manners.

2025 BSPS membership done.
Clipped, fit & ready to go
Whilst he would continue to show at top level, he would also make a lovely all rounder or mother daughter share.

No timewasters, genuine reason for sale, I bought him recently for myself to do British dressage but he is not sharp / forward enough for me / my tiny 4’11 frame

Replay has all the attributes to be a top pony.

Replay is currently hacking out and working in the arena ready for someone to put their own stamp on and contest as a fresh face for this season.

Replay shows masses of potential over a fence and we could easily see him as a workers pony.

Replay is related to ponies who have driven at hoys successfully and with his tremendous frame and front replay would look stunning as a driven prospect.

Replay has manners to die for on the yard and such a gentleman.

Replay is currently barefoot, good for the Farrier, catch and to deal with.

Replay would be an ideal teens first project or for someone looking to put their own stamp in the showing world. Equally replay would make a fantastic all rounder as many of his siblings have gone on to dominate every discipline.

Replay does have a juvenile splint and this is reflected in his pricetag or he would be double the value.

Replay is available to be viewed.

Total bargain for a pony of this quality. Replay would have a permanent residency with ourselves if we did not already have King Edward.

  • Real confidence giver
  • Ideal first pony / mother share
  • Foxy is one of the kindest ponies around and winnies whenever he sees his little person rider

Foxy is a very safe ideal first pony with a leg in each corner. He was bought in early 2024 for an 8 year old nervous girl as a first off the leading rein pony to give confidence to. He is 13 year old very fine cob, but has no breeding in his passport.

He is a saint in the school and enjoyes hacking round our farm in Buckinghamshire and doens't shy at tractors, machines, dogs etc and is not spookey. He's also an excellent hunting pony. He is happy on or off the leading rein. He's also got a great pop so would suit a mother child share. Foxy loves children and all the attention that anyone is prepared to give him. His only vice is that he's a little greedy.

He goes out every day, but is in at night and does not have laminitis or cushings. He's good to shoe, clip etc.

Totally genuine reason for sale in that we are now looking for something to move forward to do PC activities are a higher level. This has been a very hard decision but we know deep down it is the right one and he is now ready to teach another rider the ropes. He will only go to the best of homes! We have lots of videos available and good trial facilities are available

DO YOU HAVE A HORSE OR PONY SUITABLE FOR THE RDA?

WANTED ON LONG TERM LOAN / PURCHASE

Ref #: 249896
  • If you think your equine has what it takes, please contact one of the groups below
  • If you think your equine has what it takes, please contact one of the groups below

One of the main issues that RDA groups face is finding an Equine to suit the needs of the participants in their group.

We are regularly contacted with offers of Equines that are ‘the ideal RDA horse or pony’ when actually what is ideal for one group may not be for the next. We are trying to move away from the stereotypical view that RDA Equines are elderly and somewhat static, our horses and ponies need to be fit, healthy and athletic to cope with the lifestyle in an RDA group.

They can range from smaller, forward going ponies to weight carrying cobs and can take part in a range of disciplines from Riding to Carriage Driving, Vaulting to Show Jumping and Endurance.

If you contact an RDA Group about your Equine please be prepared to fill in an Equine Initial Interest Form which will ask you many questions about your horses’ temperament, health history, experience and lifestyle. Many groups will prefer to have an equine on trial to make sure they are suitable for the job.

For long term loans and purchases they will also be required to have a Pre-Purchase Examination.

If you think your equine has what it takes, please contact one of the groups below.

River would make a spectacular showing prospect. He would excel in and M and M show-ring. He has lots of presence and moves well.

He has had a slow, steady and correct start to his schooling and has three lovely paces. He has schooled over coloured fences and has hacked on grass and on the road. He can go first or last when hacking, he’s not competitive when in company.

He is a native and can be stubborn. He is not a novice ride but if you’re firm and kind to him he loves to learn and will be your best friend. He thrives with a competent rider.

He is good to catch, clip, shoe and is up to date with everything.

He can live out but also does love his pj’s and stable for a pamper if it’s offered.

Tysgubor Llewelyn (Known as Vito) - Broafallon Dandu x Fronarth Llewelyn - 14.2hh 14 year old Black Welsh D gelding.

Vito is a lovely allrounder who has done a bit of everything. He is a responsive, fun, forward going ride and is nicely schooled. With his previous owner he competed successfully up to 90cm and with his current owner he has been mostly used for hacking.

He is good to hack alone or in company and he is good in traffic although with big vehicles he may just need a bit of extra space when passing. He has been on beach rides and loves a good gallop!

Vito is not really suitable for a novice as can be sharp and sensitive at times.

He is good to clip/shoe/travel etc although is currently unshod. Up to date with teeth/vaccinations etc. Only for sale due to owner giving up.

Vaccinations, teeth and worming up to date.

  • Amazing horse.
Princess (Fearglass Princess) is 4 years old, will be 5 in June, ID X TB mare, currently standing at approximately 15hh but still has growing to do.

She is lightly backed, still a lot of learning left to do but she is a keen and quick learner so in the right hands she will progress very quickly.

Since she is very green, we would like someone who knows what they are doing and has worked with young horses in the past.

She is perfect to load and unload, lead, pick up all four feet, good with farrier, perfect in and out.

You don’t need to catch Princess on the field, she will come to you.
This horse has a unique personality and ability to become a perfect horse and forever friend.

Reason for sale:
We bought Princess for our 12 years old daughter but due to lack of experience with young horses it is very difficult to give her the right training and give her opportunity to show her full potential.
