- Tully excels in every discipline, careful to a jump, his dressage is stunning and he hunts all day
Tully is a willing, kind and forward-thinking Irish TB. Based in Worcester 15.3hh and 12 years old, same home for the past three years Tullys dressage is stunning. He consistently places in his prelim dressage competitions, three balanced paces with a beautiful soft mouth, he floats in trot and his uphill canter is stunning. He would excel as a ROR potential. Tully schools super carefully round 90cm show jumps, jumping 1.10 at home. He has seen many arena hires and grass courses, never looking twice at water, ditches nor skinnies.
Tully has been the ultimate fun hunt horse this season. We have hunted frequently with Ross Harriers, North Cotswold and Worcester's. He is happy at the back or the front of the hunt, hunted in a snaffle or universal, polite around horses and hounds and can be turned from the hunt to leave at any point. He attracts a lot of compliments on the field and can hunt all day, full of energy, Tully never ever gets tired!
Shod on fronts, up to date with vaccines, osteopath, saddle fitter, worming and dentist, Tully has lived out 24/7 for the past two years but did live on part livery during our first six months together. He is happy in or out but does require some turnout as he is a social horse and enjoys the company of friends. Tully has brilliant manners around food, patience to be tacked up, easy to catch, stands still to mount and dismount and loads perfectly every time, stands on or off lorry patiently. Easy to do.
Tully loves to hack alone or in company, he is not a spooky horse and has walked quietly past shoots, tractors and traffic, he is a bombproof type that likes to please. Very hard sale of a brilliant horse has been dearly loved, as l just do not have the time to dedicate to him to bring out his full potential. Ideal for anyone coming off ponies or small adult.
