2004 DAF LF 45 7.5 Tonne horsebox
172,000 miles (approx as still in use) 5 speed manual blue and silver horsebox. Fitted with airbags and seatbelts. The horsebox has cruise control, reversing camera, radio, air conditioning and is of tilt cab design with double bed in the luton.
Stalled for 3 horses with black powder coated padded partitions with clear kickflaps. Bar style head dividers.
Full Aluminium plank floor horse area covered with heavy duty rubber matting. The walls are fully lined in eva kickboard rubber matting. The celings are also finished with padding.

The ramps is spring assisted making it easy to operate by one person.
Externally there are multiple lockers and storage areas. One large underfloor storage locker that goes all the way through accessible on both sides, a large twin door locker with small shelf area and a twin door tack locker containing 3 saddle racks and 2 bride hooks. There is also a smaller locker on the drivers side and access to the gas bottle, water and batteries.
Recently had a new fuel tank and undergone and passed MOT due next before the 31st August 2025.
Streamlined cab design with moulded rear lights and fibreglass skirts the living also has fold away steps. There is a grill on the front you can remove should you need to in order to access the tow hook, equipment included.
Internally a classic design the seating is black leather and in the living the sofa also has a grey piped finish. Two tables included, one full size family table and a smaller table also which can be removed and put up easily. Sleeps 4 with bed on the luton and the sofa turns into a bed also. The interior is oakwood in design and includes a hob, grill and oven, sink, fridge with integrated freezer, built in microwave and many storage cupboards including a wardrobe. There is a large mirror fitted in the main body of the living also. Sliding windows on both sides of the living (fitted with blinds) as well as in the door and in the bathroom. A light and bright comfortable space to spend time in. Hot air blown heating and hot water. Lights in living and bathroom area.
Tv with DVD and freeview- aerial on the roof. Comes with hook up connection also.
Wet room style bathroom with fitted chemical toilet, sink and shower as well as vanity cupboard.
A well loved easy and manageable horsebox that I have been all over the place in on my own since passing my HGV license aged 21. I easily drive it and manage it on my own, it runs well and drives great. The end of an era and will be sadly missed.
Well maintained, serviced/ managed and MOT every year. We had it built for us 15 years ago and it has been with us ever since. Some obvious signs of wear, tear and use but a good horsebox ready to go out and be a part of someone else's adventures.
