Viva - Super Fun 12.2hh Competition Pony

Drakelands Viva Sunbeam is a stunning 127cm (12.2hh) competition pony, a real all-rounder who loves to jump.

Turns on a sixpence, flying round 80/90cm tracks, consistently DC. She is bold, careful, and loves her job, perfect for a competitive rider who wants to be in the ribbons. Very lightly competed BS up to Springboard level, she is still a JD and has tons of potential. Sadly my daughter is now far too big on her and focussed on her 138s so has no job with us.

Not just a jumping pony, we have done a huge amount with her on the flat and Viva has lovely, established flatwork and would excel in a competitive Pony Club/NSEA home as a 2nd pony for an experienced family. She has competed BS, PC & NSEA in previous home as well as x-country schooled. Great to hack alone or in company and is good to shoe and travel.

We have schooled her for games, though not competed as not our thing, which she has also enjoyed.

She does require sedation for clipping.

A real head-turner with a feisty personality, Viva is looking for a bold, keen jockey to have fun and compete with. Not particularly cuddly, she knows her job and just wants to get on and do it.

Very sad sale of a lovely pony that has done it all. When my daughter was just 7 years old Maisie looked after her around cross poles and they have grown together over the past 3 1/2 years competing and winning up to 90cm courses. She is easy in every way hacking alone or in company, good to load, shoe, catch and bath. She is a very pretty pony and my daughters absolute best friend. She is handled by children daily, they can lead her to and from the field, tack her up, bath, groom. load etc

Over the time we have owned Maisie she has topped the 128cm Northern Bronze league, won the 10 and unders teams at Welsh Home Pony, 3rd in the Tiny Tots 10 and under final at Scope, 5th in the Bronze league final at the Nationals, 2nd in the 128 Mini Grand Prix Final at Aintree along with numerous other double clears and achievements along the way. She has qualified for the Stepping Stones Final 2025.

She is a really fun competitive pony who loves a fun ride, x country including steps, ditches and water and is great in open spaces. Maisie has enjoyed going to the beach behaving impeccably. She would make a lovely all round pony club pony as she is good at everything. Maisie is currently being ridden by my friends daughter who has taken her to pony club rallies so that she can continue to be enjoyed as my daughter is sadly just way too big for her now.

Her real strength is that she will look after the smallest of jockeys starting their showjumping career but has the ability to then progress through the heights and be competitive.

She is responsive to the leg without being whizzy, sharp or strong. We would like her to go to a little jockey that is ready to progress through the heights and have a varied life.

She is now very much outgrown and she sadly needs to go and do the same for another family as she has for ours. If we could keep her forever we would but at just 11 years old she has many years of enjoyment to give to another lucky family.

5 year old 11hh dude. Has been professionally backed last year and brought on has done arena hires good to load and reeally Loves to work.

Not good to clip but manageable after terrorising two experienced adults.

Good to deal with in all other ways. Very low maintenance pony no health issues at all needs further bringing on but is really to go out and jump.

Good to hack alone or in company. Nice young pony that would suit some tlc.

Tutti is a friendly character with a lovely temperament both on the ground and in work. She is snaffle mouthed and has three lovely paces working in an outline. She would excel in the showing ring because of her beautiful features and movements, however Tutti has also shown her talent in dressage and braveness over a fence. She has done unaffiliated in hand showing classes, and dressage already bringing home rosettes. She is very honest and forgiving when jumping (has jumped fillers and water trays).

She is easy to do in all ways: groom, load / travel (alone and in company), bath, tack up, hack alone and in company, turn out/catch. She has been fully produced by a teenage girl. Her only vice is that she needs sedating to clip.

Up to date with vaccines, farrier, dentist. No heath issues. Open to any vet inspections.

5 star home only for this beautiful girl as in the right hands she will be a HOYS pony.

Woody is an eye-catching all rounder with 3 lovely paces, he has participated in all PC activities and excels in jumping. He has the potential to be a BS pony as has great scope and can be competitive in a jump off, he is snaffled mouth and definitely more kick than pull.

He is super in open spaces never gets fast or strong, he hacks alone and in company, woody is a lovely pony to have on the yard.

He is more of a second pony and would excel with a gusty little jockey who wants to go and have fun, as well as this is a brilliant lead rein pony and would do exceptionally well in the show ring.

He is easy to do in all ways and is up to date with teeth, vaccinations, physio and farrier (barefoot)..

Blue is a fantastic fun pony, who we have owned for the past 3 years. He has taken my daughter from X poles up to 90cm and they have learned together along the way. Yard favourite, adorable pony.

'Lavender' Stunning 11.2 rising 8 Registered Welsh Section A

Unfortunately the time has come to sell my daughter’s character of a pony due to her sadly hopelessly outgrown her and needing to move on as not fair on the pony.

Lavender has taken part in PC activities, showing, Dressage, One day events, SJ, hunting, gallops, beach rides and loves hacking out.

Lavender has taught my daughter so much from being on the lead rein to independently and confidently riding. She is suitable for a confident young jockey who can enjoy her as much as we have and can continue her education and experiences. She is a typical cheeky Welshy with such a character and a real head turner! Lavender can do the odd bronch when excited if not ridden or turned out regularly or in the winter after clipping. She is a whizzy pony who likes to go fast and can turn on a sixpence.

Lavender likes to go out in the day and comes in at night due to having EMS but very easy to manage with soaked hay and low cal feed.

Good to clip, with farrier, traveling and leaving on a trailer.

Tack and wardrobe included at an extra cost if saddle included.

Olly is now available to his next little person and the best home is absolutely paramount for us. We strictly cannot have any time wasters/day trippers because it is just not fair on us or our pony.

Olly has current BS winnings from show jumping as well as dabbling in working hunter earlier in life where he competed at Hickstead (Royal International) - my ideal home for him would be pony club, workers, family friend, just abit of everything as he is such a joy in every aspect.

Olly has been produced by my daughter since she was just turned 7 (he responds to little legs well!) and is also a pony where he can put a worried mums mind at peace.

We have plenty of videos from then-now.

He has balanced flatwork, he makes a lovely shape over a fence and is bold and brave.

Olly is like an overgrown dog! He loves a pet and a fuss, he may even lick you if nobody is watching.

Easy to clip, load, travel, shoe, everything. My daughter does everything with him by herself and she is now 8 years old.

Excellent in open spaces and traffic - will go front or last.

He would really thrive in a home where he can do abit of everything - he is a down and out people pleaser. Olly has a true heart of gold and is eager to please. He is a mother’s dream.
