Very sad sale of our lovely pony Bobby.

Bobby's flatwork is outstanding, with beautiful active paces and established lateral work. He is very well schooled and always produces tests of 70% plus and would excel in a pure dressage home.

Bobby is also a super little eventer and showjumper who has made a great start to his eventing career winning his first ODE of this season at 80cm 2wks ago finishing on 24.5 with a double clear, over 5 marks ahead of the competition. In 2024 he won his area 70+ pony club qualifier and came 2nd at the Regional Eventing Championships. Over the winter Bobby has competed in SJ and Arena Eventing, winning or placing every time out.

He has lots of ability and has been brought on carefully with his future in mind. He is schooling at 90-95cm and happily jumps ditches, steps, water and skinnies and with the right rider would quickly progress to 90cm competitively.

He is fantastic to hack, great in traffic and in open spaces, will go in front or behind and is snaffled mouthed in all disciplines. Bobby has been to pony club camp where he was adored by his whole ride, keeping up with all the bigger and more experienced horses, as well as completing all the ridden B test training. Bobby has oodles of scope and presence but needs a kind experienced rider to bring out the best in him.

Bobby is generally good in all aspects but he can be quite sensitive on the ground so requires a knowledgeable home. He is up to date with shoes, worming, vaccinations and teeth.

He is now ready to build a bond with someone else and progress in whatever discipline they were to choose. He is a brilliant little horse with lots of potential and has been a lovely boy to produce thus far.

5* knowledgeable home of the utmost importance and as he is still quite green in some aspects, no novices.
