PRINCESS
* 12.2 and 14 years old.
* Perfect Pony Club pony in every way
* Impeccable ground manners.
* Qualified in all four aspects of the Sunshine Tour ‘24
* Easy to do for an eleven year old child
* Will trot around a course or win 70cm jump offs.
* Gets positive comments at every show we attend.
* Very well schooled and often wins dressage comps.
Princess has been the most wonderful pony for Sophia and she is the love of her life. She is close to being outgrown, and we are starting to look for her next home.
She will turn her hoof to pretty much anything (has done games, but was not Sophia’s favourite), will hack alone or with company. Is not spooky or silly.
Loads in a trailer or a lorry by herself and will travel alone or with a friend. Will stand with a hay net at a show while you go and get cheesy chips!
Has done stay away shows with no problem and loves camp!
She has taken Sophia from trotting over cross poles, and being handed over to her instructor at her first pony club rally on a lead rope, to jumping 80cm courses at home and over some pretty hefty cross country jumps. However, I would not say that she is a typical first ridden pony, as she is wizzy, particularly in canter. She does have breaks. I would say she needs a gutsy rider. Ridden in a snaffle most of the time, a universal for Cross Country.
It is absolutely imperative that Princess has daily turnout in her new home, but with restricted grazing. She has high insulin levels, and has never had laminitis as this is easily managed.
Would love to find her a Pony Club home.
