We have had Bear on loan for 5 years where he has taken my daughter from lead rein to jumping 80+. He has been to loads of PC rallies from dressage, sj, arena eventing, xc and musical rides. We did try games but it's not for him. He has also been driving but not with us.

He will hack all day and not bothered by any size of machinery, dogs, bikes, runners etc on his own or in company. Beautifully schooled as a youngster, he has all the right buttons and is gorgeous to ride ( I ride him well as my daughter).

All up to date with everything and has never had a day sick or sorry. Will travel on his own or with others in a trailer or lorry, has never kicked, reared, bucked bitten or ever shown any hint of nastiness but does need sedation to clip. Has been barefoot since we have had him and has great manners in his stable, happily letting my daughter clamber on.

He is however a coloured cob and is v clever and cheeky so needs an experienced handler, he will walk over you to get to a piece of grass if he thinks he can but once the rules are in place he is a s good as gold.

He does take all his confidence from his rider so not a novice ride and although will happily go to ls of little shows etc he is NOT a competition pony and likes to be busy with a variety of things.
