• The quietest , sweetest big horse you could wish to find! She will make an awesome family friend, happy hacker, hunter or has the right brain and attitude to make an outstanding riding school horse in time.

If you are looking to take life at a steady pace, Rachel is your girl! She is hacking out sweetly alone and in company and has been good in all traffic met to date. She’s not spooky or silly and if in company will just plod along at the back, not in the least bit bothered if she gets left behind!

We have been concentrating on building up her fitness with gentle hacking and she is one that I can safely put anyone on to hack. In the school she is basic but will walk, trot and canter away on both leads. She has trotted over a cross pole with a good attitude but that’s about it. She is obviously green as hasn’t been long started but very willing to learn.

She will make a super novice ride in time but obviously at this stage of her education needs someone a bit more experienced to show her the way. She would suit a rider who’s happy to bring on a youngster but doesn’t want anything sharp or tricky, Rachel has a great brain and always wants to work with you and to please.

We have started to take her out on quiet outings to see a bit of life and she has been fantastic taking it all in her stride. She loves boxing up to go hacking or go to the beach. 

Rachel is incredibly quiet, she’s laid back in every aspect of life. She loves people, fuss and attention and is very easy in and out the stable, good to catch, clip, shoe ( although green as had her first pair of shoes with us!). She will go on to do most jobs and make someone very happy.
