Major has been the easiest young horse we have produced. He was broken by a lovely family in Galway Ireland and since being with us has been hoof perfect.

He has hunted in a snaffle, standing excellent at the meet not phased by the big group gallops. He hacks alone or in company. Good with traffic.

He has been ridden by a petite 10 year old and respects her commands. We have boxed him to a fun ride in large open space where he was happy to go infront or behind. He has started jumping proving not to be phased by the fillers and having a cob that can pop on him.

He has a lot of filling out to do this spring and will probably grow one maybe two inches. We havent done loads with him in the school as he is still muscling up but he is happily going in the school and has lots of potential. Always snaffle mouthed, very easy to stop.

On the ground he is a big softy to handle loves treats. He was good for the farrier and to clip.

He has a small cataract in his left eye therefore he has been reduced by £1500 to accommodate this risk. The royal veterinary college have looked at it and happy it’s not affecting his performance but would advise having it checked annually when having vaccinations done.
