Looking for a sole use yard to rent within an hour of newark. Professional set up required, looking for 5+ stables, good acreage and arena. Good hacking is a huge bonus. Would consider somewhere that has a localish arena that I could hire.

Lots of experience in the industry and many many references. Looking for somewhere to set up on my own and run schooling and comp livery as well as have clients come to me.

I’m quiet, calm and very clean would be coming with a couple of my own horses and a part livery who is also lovely. Also open to a deal of riding or looking after horses in return for discounted livery.

If anyone knows of anything or might be considering renting something out I would appreciate the knowledge.
