A real rare find. 16.2 8 year old Gelding, Direct from the world renowed Golden Hawk out of a quality 1.35 mare.

A super easy gelding to ride, his beautifully schooled on the flat with auto changes. Balou has lightly competed up to newcomers proving very straight, bold and level to a fence, going off any stride, forgiving and willing to help his rider out whilst having a careful technique.

He’s lightly XC schooled proving to be a real natural, jumping a variety of obstacles without hesitation. A horse that could go on and make a top level jumper or event horse and is super easy/ uncomplicated in all ways.

He also has a polite and friendly temperament, with a great brain and a love for his work.

Balou hacks alone and in company, first or last. Good in traffic and open spaces.
