I am an experienced rider with plenty of experience
in breaking, schooling and regular competitive experience in affiliated
dressage and showing (Show ponies, Hacks, Riding horses, Show Hunters

I've been head girl of an event yard grooming at
many three day events including Badminton. I have had sole charge of two
different successful showing yards
Since 2003 I have run a saddlery business (so have
basic accounts skills and good customer service experience) and a small
full livery yard.
I have my HGV licence and
my own 13 ton five horse box.
I am 5'1" and weigh under 81/2 stone so am small
enough to ride ponies.
I am looking for a job where I can work hard but
flexibly
If a job takes me away from oxford I would need
accommodation for myself, children and three ponies.

where you will be responsible for the day to day running of a busy and
successful eventing yard with horses ranging from just broken to 4*
level.
The role requires a highly
organised and experienced person capable of delegating effectively to a
team of other employees and has the the ability to ensure high standards
are maintained at all times. They must be a confident rider to hack out
young fit competition horses.
The successful applicant will
be expected to take control of the yard at times and to travel to
competitions within Europe, with responsibility for the horses while
away. HGV driver preferred.
